The Space:

Welcome to Coastal 91! Our home is located in the gated community of Emerald Waters Village, offering a safe and peaceful setting for your stay. Enjoy easy arrival to this spacious two-story home with parking for up to 3 vehicles, plus a FREE six-passenger golf cart for effortless trips to the beach or nearby attractions. Community perks include two pools and gated beach access right at the end of the road!



>> Living & Dining Spaces <<

• The front porch invites you to unwind, but step inside through the convenient keyless entry to kick off your stay. You'll be welcomed by a fun entry space featuring a pool table and bistro table, which flows into the formal dining area with seating for 8.

• The open living room offers a comfortable place to gather, with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, accent chair, large Smart TV, and a decorative fireplace (please note this is for aesthetics only, and is non-functional), perfect for cozy nights in!

• Our fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for home-cooked meals: full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, and small appliances like a crockpot, blender, toaster, waffle maker, griddle, Keurig, and drip coffee maker. A second refrigerator is located in the garage, ideal for extra groceries or group travel. Quick bites can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar (seats 4) or kitchen nook (seats 4).

• Our laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen, next to the garage, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh during your stay.

• A half bathroom is located between the kitchen and living room for added convenience.

• Bedroom 1: King bed, and access to a Jack & Jill bathroom connecting to Bedroom 2.

• Bedroom 2: King bed + built-in single bunks (not suitable for adults), kitchenette with sink and mini fridge, and private balcony.

• Bedroom 3: King bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, and private balcony.

• Bedroom 4: Two Twin-over-Twin bunk beds with Twin trundles (sleeps up to 6), shares a hallway full bathroom with Bedroom 5.

• Bedroom 5: Queen bed



>> Outdoors <<

• The cozy front porch is the perfect place for some Southern "front porch sittin" to wave at neighbors as they pass by in our welcoming cul-de-sac!

• The back screened-in patio is perfect for those warm summer days when you want to escape the heat in the shaded location with a ceiling fan. A table with seating for 6 is located here, along with a small seating area.

• Enjoy burgers or steaks on our grill right outside of the covered porch, with propane provided for your stay.

• Groups with a fur-baby along will enjoy a small dog door on the screened in porch, to make it easy for your pup to go outside! While we don't have a large area for backyard enjoyment, there is a small strip of landscaped area for pets to use (but please cleanup after them!)

We provide a pack & play, high chair, and plastic dishes/cups/silverware to accommodate the children in your group. These items are complimentary and always available at the listing.



The Neighborhood:

You're in a prime location, nestled between Highway 98 and Scenic Hwy 98, offering easy access to everything Destin and Miramar Beach have to offer. You're perfectly situated near a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Destin Commons is just 3 miles away, and Silver Sands Premium Outlets are only 2.5 miles from the home. You'll be just a short walk (less than half a mile) from the gated beach access exclusive to our community, putting your toes in the sand in no time! Several public beach access points are also nearby and easily reachable by golf cart.



Getting Around:

• We love taking the golf cart to pretty much anywhere around this area. During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction!

• Airport Distances:

Destin FL (VPS) - 20 miles

Panama City FL (ECP) - 46 miles

Pensacola FL (PNS) - 81 miles



Other Things to Note:

• Coastal91 is pet friendly! Just pay the $200 pet fee before check-in and you can bring up to 2 dogs.

• Golf cart is not available for use for those 25 years or younger. Valid Insurance & Drivers License are required

• We provide beach towels for guest use during your stay.

• While we don't provide items like beach chairs, toys, or coolers, guests occasionally leave some behind for others to enjoy.

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM

• Checkout: 10:00 AM

• Self check-in with keypad
