The adjacent chef's kitchen is complete with Jenn Air Appliances, six burner gas stove, warming drawer and large walk-in pantry and breathtaking leathered granite countertops and custom wood cabinets and barstools for two. This open concept floor plan and well furnished kitchen makes entertaining fun! Music on demand in every room with Alexa.

The Master Bedroom is within its own wing and showcases a new King bed, cozy gas fireplace, large glass doors that open up onto the rear deck with majestic views from your bed! and an ensuite bath with a heated oversized jacuzzi tub (jets not available in Winter months) and radiant heated floors in both of the full baths.

Two additional bedrooms on the opposite side of the home feature Queen Beds and one of the rooms has an oversized television. There is a built-in desk with double monitors and printer off the entry. Dining Table for six. Garage has an EV charger. On demand hot water heaters are perfect to multiple showers at the same time without the fear of running out of hot water.

There are plenty of board games to keep you busy on those days you want to stay inside. The home is tastefully decorated, has plush bedding and brand new furnishings throughout. Snow plow service on street and driveway is included in the snow season. After the snow melts, we have comfy outdoor couches and chairs to seat 5 with a Traeger pellet grill, dining table that seats six and an oversized linear gas firepit. On the front deck you will find plush rocker seating for two with a gas firepit! Perfect spot to watch the wildlife that often wanders through the neighborhood. Main House Sleeps 6.

Need additional space that sleeps four more? The Shelby Cub Crossing Chalet, which sleeps two in the King bedroom and two more on the convertible couch, gives you space for 10. We searched all over to find the perfect home for our family that was in the mountains with snow sports close by, an easily accessible lake where we could go boating and paddleboarding, a small town charm where you know your neighbors and the locals that keep our town running and a home that was modern, yet felt like a cabin with space to breathe.
