fabulous house

very clean and nicely decorated. The pickleball court was a big bonus. We spent a lot of time playing on the court with preschoolers. There is a lot of nice seating outside and inside this property, and the location is perfect.

Our family of seven (all adults) came to attend a family wedding. We have stayed in many VRBO’s over 20 years. This was one of the best. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, good pots, pans & other kitchenware. The pickleball court was a fun bonus. Definitely recommend. Gene &!Sasha weee very responsive.

Family Birthday Celebration

Came to FL to celebrate my niece’s 18th birthday with the family. Great place to stay and close to plenty of restaurants and shops. Family loved the pickleball court and played every day we were there. Spacious home and would definitely stay again!

BEST HOUSE EVER.

I had the most incredible bday weekend thanks to this beautiful clean home! Walking in to see the basket of goodies was such a pleasant surprise. The hosts thought about everything. The coffee bar is AMAZING and the pickleball court was such a hit. We even had our own tournament amongst the guests that stayed, truly awesome experience. Even better than the photos. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is amazing for either all adults or adults with children. The backyard has a great setup with pickleball court, couches, fans, lights, outdoor projector, grill. The house is super clean with tvs in almost every room. We would go back there in a heartbeat.

Pickleball and outdoor paradise!

The pickleball court is so much fun!!! This house had everything plus so much more….beach towels, chairs, fooseball, outdoor shaded seating with projector screen to watch NCAA Basetball games, fans!! Well appointed kitchen. They had a great snack basket upon arrival with a sweet note. Coffee and filters are there with cram and sugars….and even a hot pot to make tea. They were incredibly responsive and kind. Very close to great restaurants out at the beach. (Caddy’s on the beach has amazing Pineapple Mojitos!!).

Cozy home

We enjoyed our time at this cozy home. The house was very clean upon arrival & the decor is cute. The bedrooms are large, spacious & the beds were comfortable. We were in town for the St Petersburg Grand Prix so the location was a bit far from downtown St Petersburg & not ideal for that if that’s what you’re looking for. All in all we liked the property & would recommend it.

The perfect place

We were visiting for a wedding and debating where to stay. Saw this gem and booked it. First and foremost the owners are awesome. Immediately gave us ideas on restaurants- the area- etc. We arrived and were so blown away by the space and overall decorating. So modern and stylish. Our hosts had a full basket of food. We had 6 adults - and everyone fit comfortably. We all love to pickle - and the court is a full blown court , permanent net, etc. Initially had plans to go out and instead ran to Publix, grabbed some food and pickled and grilled. Everything you needed was there - and we had just a blast. The coffee bar was spectacular. The rest of our family members stayed closer to the water in small, dark places. We were so grateful to stay here.

Great gathering place

This home is lovely! Gene and Sasha thought of everything, with lots of nice little touches, and they were extremely responsive and professional. We enjoyed the the up-to-date kitchen, fun decor, and how well it accommodated a family gathering. The pickle ball court and patio are outstanding. The neighborhood was residential and quiet for a good nights sleep. We would definitely stay here again!

Super clean! Spacious! Beachy

Recently visited with a groups of 6 The home was super spacious and clean. Easily could sleep 10. We had so much fun playing on the pickleball court. Gene and Sasha were so easy to communicate with and even left us a welcome basket of goodies! The coffee/tea bar was super cute. The home is super close to attractions and the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I loved our stay! The house was very stylishly decorated with everything we could need for our trip and more. The games and pickleball court were great for us to have quality time with the kids and the location was so close to the beach, restaurants, grocery shopping…anything we needed. My wife Sasha and I are originally from California. We're graduates of UCLA and UC Davis. Our love of the beach life brought us to Florida with our two daughters. We spend our free time exploring new restaurants and everything Florida has to offer.

The home is located in a great and safe family friendly neighborhood. It is perfectly situated jus a short 5 minute drive from the beach and to near everything that John's Pass Village has to offer. It is also a quick drive to downtown St. Pete with all of the delicious restaurants, museums and entertainment it is known for.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The only home in the area to boast its very own private pickleball court. The outdoor area also includes a great covered deck for relaxing outside of the the warm sunshine and catching an evening screening on the outdoor movie projector.
