Friendly Heads-Up About Extended Stays & Pet Fees 🐾✨
We love hosting longer stays and furry companions! Just a quick heads-up to keep everything transparent and comfy for everyone:

🧼 Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays over 7 nights, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center.

🐶 Pet Fee:
Bringing pets? There's a $120/stay per pet fee. Please ensure all pets are added to your reservation. The fee for a second pet will be collected separately via the Resolution Center.

Since Airbnb doesn’t allow these to be included in the nightly rate or built-in fees, we’ll send any necessary requests through the “Change Reservation” tool after booking.

It's best to have your own car as there is no Uber within the town. There are local taxi companies available.

As noted prior, the entrance to the front of the home is an unpaved strip of grassy area about 20 feet in length but poses no issue for small or large vehicles.

Trash pickup is every Tuesday & Friday and trash bins must be rolled to the street curb or our handyman will run these over as well if you'd like the privacy during your stay

PET POLICY
- $120 per stay pet fee per pet capped at maximum of $200 per pet to be paid prior to your stay via Airbnb resolution request - if not paid within 1 hour of booking - your stay will be cancelled
- Maximum of either 1 large animal 50-75 lbs or two small animals under 40 lbs
- All pets must be kenneled and house trained
- All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home
- All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in our garbage receptacles outside of the home
- All pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding and off sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed
- All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals
- Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy & pet fees must be paid

Starter Supplies Provided
To help you settle in, we provide a starter pack of essentials including trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar. Please note that these items are intended to get you started — any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case we may offer a mid-stay replenishment.
