We allow our guests to self check-in. Codes will be given 7 hours from check-in time.

Sunrise Beach is a community located in Camden County, Missouri, situated along the shores of the Lake of the Ozarks. The Lake of the Ozarks is a popular recreational area known for its boating, fishing, and outdoor activities, you can enjoy most of these wile staying with us.

House Rules:
NOTE: Pool is open seasonally from May 19th to Labor Day and is not heated or able to be heated. Swim at your own risk and liability.
Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
No Events or Loud Music: We prioritize the comfort of our guests and neighbors.
Guest Policy: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Additional visitors are not permitted.
Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is prohibited indoors and on balconies or decks.
Pet Policy: We regret to inform you that pets cannot be accommodated at this time.

Boating Information
Please note there is no boat ramp directly on the property. The nearest public boat launch we recommend is located at Papa Chubby's, just a 5-minute boat ride from the home.

For any use of the docks or plans to bring a boat, advance notice of at least 7 days is required, as the owner may request specific boat measurements and details for approval.

Pool Details
This property does not feature a heated pool. However, during the warmer months, the pool naturally stays at a comfortable temperature due to the seasonal climate.


Upon Departure: Please adhere to the designated checkout time to avoid extra charges. Late checkout fees may apply unless arranged in advance.
Feedback and Reviews: Guests who do not comply with house rules may forfeit the chance to leave a public review.
Booking Policies:

Age Requirement: Guests under 25 may need approval or face cancellation.
Review Requirement: Bookings with insufficient reviews or ratings below 5 stars may be subject to review.

We recommend travel insurance to protect your booking, as our cancellation policies remain in effect.

By booking this home, you agree to our house rules. Guests are responsible for personal injuries during their stay and any items left behind. Guests also allow entry for maintenance with 12 hours' notice.
