Welcome to Your Cottonwood Creek Casa – have fun with the whole family at this custom designed home focused on providing your family a comfortable, fun stay. Enjoy all that Cottonwood Creek Park has to offer, just steps away. (YMCA, tennis courts, baseball diamonds, hockey rink, basketball courts, soccer fields, walking/biking trails, disc golf, creek access) Wind down with your favorite movies on the 107 inch projector with surround sound. And don't forget to bring your furry friends!
Each room is equipped with a queen-size bed with the exception of the primary which has a king-size for additional comfort. Enjoy multiple areas to relax or entertain- from the basement living room, to the lower level theater room, to the main level sitting area, and up to the oversized guest room relaxation area, there's plenty of space for the entire family. Needing to catch up on work while away? Feel free to utilize the fully stocked desk station in the basement, equipped with a printer/scanner. Enjoy the private, fully fenced backyard with a large deck and patio. Sit around the fire, listen to the water roll down the river rock in the koi pond, and enjoy a Colorado sunset!

I grew up across the creek and couldn't wait to move back. As a kid I played football and soccer in the park, swam in the creek, sledded down the hill, and frequented the whirlpool at the YMCA!
