Country retreat on a family dairy goat farm.

Take a step away from the everyday hustle and bustle and surround yourself with the sights, sounds, and smells of the country. Our guest house sits amid our family dairy goat farm and will offer you the opportunity to visit animals from goats and horses to chickens, dogs, and cats. We milk around 100 goats with baby goats born February through June. In the summer months you'll find homegrown, fresh produce on our roadside stand.

There is plenty of space for outdoor activities, a firepit, and quiet roads for walks. You can also visit the local supper club, Ding-a-Ling, just a block down the road.

It was great, really perfect. Great for a family. So many little details, everything thought of. Really enjoyed walking around looking at all the animals, waking up to all the sounds. Coffee, tea, eggs and goat milk lotion!

Was a great stay on the farm. Host and their family were so friendly and allowed us to visit the farm for goat pets as much as we wanted. Dogs were very friendly too! House was literally stocked with anything you need and super cozy farm vibe. Well done!

Not enough great things can be said about this property and the family! The house is very very clean. It has anything you could possibly need during your stay. Communication was prompt and the hosts went above and beyond in every possible way! We loved this getaway and everything that came with it. Our five year old was especially in heaven on their farm with all the kittens, goats, dogs, baby chicks, cows and ducks. The whole family were extremely inclusive with us. We got to see the milking production and interact with all of the animals to get our fill. Their daughters were practicing to show their goats and they got a goat out for our daughter to learn along too. Such a remarkable experience, place and family! We will definitely be back someday!

The stay was wonderful. This is a lovely area in a rural, farming village. Everything we were looking for. The only detractor were the mosquitos that came out in the evening.

Great Find!

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved seeing the animals and had a blast with all the toys. The house was cozy and comfortable, and Bobbi was a very friendly and accommodating host. You can tell she places a lot of detail, thought, and care into the home for visitors.

The accommodations were wonderful. The hospitality was out of this world. If we are ever through this area again we’d want to stay again. The goat farm tour was wonderful. Baby goats are so sweet. Love love love this place. Bobbi Jo is the best ever host!

A lovely, comfortable home decorated country style was the perfect setting for my sisters and our spouses. Everything was clean and well stocked. We found plenty of equipment for cooking although we also enjoyed a meal at the Ding-a-Ling supper club. Bobbi and her daughters were delightful, and the girls gave us a great tour of the farm. Will definitely return if ever in the area again.

Wonderful country stay

Wonderful VRBO find! The property is as described, clean and well stocked. The decor was quaint and the owners were quickly responsive, friendly and accommodating! We had a wonderful tour of their farm, animals and our granddaughter got to visit with the baby goats (added bonus)! Will absolutely stay again the next time we are in town. Highly recommend!
