Nestled on the south side of 30A, just a 5-minute walk from the beach access and community pool, this vacation home offers the ultimate beach vacation experience.

Sleeping:
1st Floor: Private Suite with a Queen Bed, Smart TV, kitchenette, and a private balcony.
2nd Floor: Queen Bed, Smart TV, shared bathroom with tub/shower.
3rd Floor: Bunk Room with two sets of 3-tiered twin bunks, Smart TV, and a private bathroom with shower/tub.
3rd Floor: King Bed, Smart TV, private balcony, and a luxurious private bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub.

Living and Dining:
Our open floor plan is perfect for socializing and entertaining. The well-stocked kitchen provides all the amenities necessary to whip up a delicious meal, and the dining area and breakfast bar offer plenty of seating. The living area is comfortably furnished, complete with a Smart TV for your entertainment.

Outdoor Amenities:
You'll love our outdoor space, featuring a firepit for cozy evening gatherings and a grill for your barbecue cravings.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The guest receives 100% (less cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Accidental Damage Protection: Your Admin Fee includes an accidental damage protection plan. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for paying if there is accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, and/or damages caused by pets. All guests will also be required to provide a credit card for damages that exceed the protection limit or are not protected by the plan.

The primary guest must be 25 or older.
The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter's Agreement and upload a copy of their ID.
The primary guest must be staying in this property for the duration of the rental.
