Nuestra casa ha sido fotografiada para el programa de televisión 'Nashville' y el equipo de Robert Redford cuando filmaba su película aquí. Tres habitaciones, dos baños, cinco televisores nuevos, reproductores de DVD, TV por cable, WiFi gratis, terraza dividida de 750 pies cuadrados con vista al río. Hay una valla de privacidad y un estanque de ranas y un gran patio con vistas al río. Esta es una casa de dos pisos. El mobiliario es muy cómodo. Estamos a 15 minutos del centro de Nashville, donde puedes disfrutar de Tootsie's, The Wildhorse Saloon, Bridgestone Arena, Printer's Alley y el Country Music Hall of Fame. El Grand Ole Opry, el hotel Opryland, el centro comercial Opry Mills y el showboat General Jackson se encuentran muy cerca. Disfruta viendo el showboat General Jackson venir río abajo. This house is located in the best quiet and adorable little neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay while our daughter recovered from surgery. The homeowner took excellent care of all our needs.

The Purple Moon River House Was Fabulous

We absolutely loved our stay at the Purple Moon! It was everything we could ask for, very spacious, clean, and has a cozy feeling in a beautiful location right on the river. Peaceful, beautiful grounds and views. It is conveniently located and easy to get to anything you might desire, yet it feels secluded and private. Upon on our arrival the lights were on, music playing and though it was cold out the house was pleasantly warm. The owner is a sweetheart to to work with and easily contacted should there be any questions or issues, we had none! We would definitely recommend, with the only caveat being that it is available when we want to go back!! :) The Ayers Family

Perfect!

This rental and the owner are great! We (3 couples) stayed for one night for a concert at Bridgestone. Perfect location being about a 20 min Uber ride from Downtown, so it's absolutely peaceful. More than enough room for 6 adults, and comfortable.

Beautiful home and location!!

What a great place for a relaxing visit to Nashville. This home is full of charm and the view of the river is wonderful. I really enjoyed the frog pond and listening to the bird song in the morning. This house was immaculate and clean and the owner was wonderful to work with. The spacious deck outside is great too. I hope to come back soon! This place has a special energy to it and I am glad I got to experience it.

Nice River Stay in Nashville

We stayed at the river house to celebrate my husband's birthday with two other couples. The house was great with a beautiful deck view of the river. Was not too far of a drive to Broadway. Plenty of space for three people. We had a great time and will definitely stay again! Thanks for having us.

We loved the purple river house. It was a very peaceful place, not far from downtown.

Th house was adorable, and fit our needs perfectly. The back deck was lovely to sit out on to relax. We really enjoyed our weekend. Thank you!

A quiet private home where my family of four had enough space to enjoy both time together and apart.

The property suited our needs nicely. Located in a quiet neighborhood on the Cumberland River it's location is close to Opreyland and East Nashville. The house was clean, and the AC worked great on the hot sticky days we had. The owner was pleasant to talk to and was always available and responsive.

Short Stay Nothing Could Be Easier

We only rented for a short overnight stay but immediately felt welcomed and at home. Our host laid everything out clearly and efficiently and the home was accesible from road and commercial drivers. Great find and I will certainly book again if staying in Nashville area. Thanks, Dorothea!

Perfect place for bringing family together to celebrate birthdays/anniversary.

I was looking for a place to bring my family of 6 together for a vacation that was a nonstop flight for everyone so we chose Nashville. The Purple Moon River House was perfect for us. It's on a quiet street overlooking the Cumberland River and a short drive to the airport and downtown Nashville. The Grand Old Opry is just across the highway too which should not be missed if visiting a Nashville. The owner was very accommodating to early check in. The place was very clean with plenty of linens. She was easily accessible if needed and was truly glad we were staying at her precious house. Great story behind it! The frog pond was enjoyed by all and we also saw groundhogs, deer and fireflies. We had no problems there and wish we could have stayed longer.

Very satisfied

This is such a wonderful place to stay. We've really enjoyed our time here at purple moon. This place had everything we needed just like we were at home. The beds are very comfy. And the view is beautiful!! It's was just a short uber ride to Broadway and only a few minutes from Opry mills for lots of shopping. I'm sad our visit has to come to an end but We will definitely be coming back!

We have had an unexpected family emergency come up ..... unable to go our planned dates. A situation that could have gone south notice I said "could have" but no..... they worked with us and was so very understanding. Treated us like family .... kiddos to them

Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful

The Purple Moon River House was perfect for our girls weekend. A lot cheaper than 2 hotel rooms & we were all able to be together. The views are amazing & the house was very clean. Dorothea was a pleasure to work with & was very patient is answering all of our questions. We were able to get an Uber very quickly to downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

The Purple Moon River House - Awesome!

This was the perfect location for a family visit to Nashville. It's Location in a quite neighborhood just north of the Opryland hotel and the Grand Ole Opry, along with lots of great restaurants and a easy commute to downtown by Uber and Lift made this place a hit. There was plenty of room for 6 adults to sleep and the big dining room table was great for our late night rounds of Farkle! Thanks for working with us to accommodate our needs.

Quiet peaceful place to escape at the end of a fun, adventurous day!

We enjoyed our stay! The owner was AMAZING to work with! While not far from all of the activities that we wanted to do, it was just far enough to be a quiet, wonderful place to end each day! Lots of space so that everyone could have the personal space and time they desired, but also family areas to all enjoy time together! Thanks for sharing the River house with us! God Bless!

Stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

Property was clean and well maintained. We could not enjoy the patio as it rained heavily the whole day. Only one suggestion. The room that has two beds , the beds need to be switched as the ceiling is so low on one side that someone can hit the ceiling and get hurt.

Clean, cozy, and spacious!

First I would like to say how nice the home owner was to talk to. She was warm, kind, and seemed to genuinely care about our individual stay. The listing description was very accurate, during our stay as we found everything present that was listed (dishwasher, tv, wifi, laundry, etc.). It was easy to find with a sign out front, and offered plenty of privacy from the fence. I have used HomeAway several times now, and I can say this property was very clean and well maintained. The linens were fresh and well stocked, bathrooms were sparkling, kitchen was clean (including all of the utensils and cookware), and even the carpet was clean! I only slept in one bed personally, but it was heavenly. There was ample space for others to sleep as well and they all reported comfy, cozy beds. I can't say enough good about this place. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming through Nashville who wants to feel like they are going "home" after a day of sight seeing, or a night at the honky tonks!

Lovely stay

My friends and I stayed in the Purple Moon River House for a Girls' Weekend and we loved it! This house is on a quiet and scenic street, very close to the Grand Ole Opry. We took Uber downtown and it was very quick and easy. The house itself is very cozy, quirky and friendly. My friends and I had a wonderful time hanging out on the deck at night with the river below us and stars above us. Dorothea was extremely easy to work with and an attentive (but never intrusive) hostess. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxing getaway in Nashville.
