With Gulf views, private beach access and a wonderful pool just steps from your door, the whole family will love it here in the Vizcaya neighborhood on world famous Scenic 30A!

"Lucy in Vizcaya" - perfectly situated just one-house off the beach in the exclusive gated neighborhood of Vizcaya on world famous Scenic 30A! This amazing 5 bedroom home features a wonderful open plan living space, Gulf views, high-end finishes, a beautiful neighborhood pool, and a gated beach access!
Relaxation eases in as you move through the gated neighborhood entrance, on a shaded path between Mediterranean-style buildings with red tile roofs, passing by the expansive pool reserved exclusively for you and your fellow residents of Vizcaya. Turning down the neighborhood’s only street, you’ll arrive at “Lucy in Vizcaya” almost directly across from the gated beach access.
Entering the home, you’ll find a king suite and bunkroom suite, each with their own private bathrooms, on the ground floor. A convenient full-size washer and dryer, as well as an extra full-size refrigerator are also located on this level.
Moving up to the 2nd floor (perhaps even using your own private elevator, available upon request) and you’ll find the expansive master bedroom suite. The master suite features a king size bed, private bathroom, and a balcony running the full southern length of the home! The master bathroom is exquisite, with finishes intended to visually represent the “diamonds” in the Beatles’ hit song (and namesake of the home). In addition to a spacious walk-in shower, you’ll love the soaking tub, large vanity spaces, and even a wine cooler! Wander out to the balcony, waive to the family coming and going from the beach, or just lounge in one of the plush outdoor seating arrangements, guaranteed to bring on “nap time.”
Also, on the 2nd floor, you’ll find a king bedroom and an additional bedroom with 1 king bed and 1 queen-size bed. A full size bathroom with tub-shower combo features a dedicated door from the king+queen room, as well as a hallway door access for guests in the king bedroom.
As you enter the 3rd floor main living space, you’ll find the entire space to be uplifting, basked in ambient light from the sun reflecting off the nearby sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico! The open-plan kitchen-living-dining space is absolutely perfect for family gatherings.
The chef in the family will feel right at home in this extremely well-outfitted kitchen, which includes high-end finishes, Viking appliances, and more! The large kitchen island offers seating for up to seven guests, and brings the chefs of the family right into the heart of the conversation. A separate wet bar allows ample space for preparing cocktails and other treats!
The dining space includes a large high-top table with seating for up to eight guests. In addition to the dedicated dining space, you’ll also find seating for seven guests at the kitchen island, not to mention the outdoor dining table with Gulf views and seating for up to eight guests as well!
In the living room, enjoy Gulf views from the plush sofa, a flat screen TV and a decorative fireplace (fireplace is decorative only, not intended for guest use). Walk out from the living room onto the massive wrap-around balcony deck and soak up the breezes and views of the neighborhood and Gulf!
The beach and pool are only steps away, with the crystal clear blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico calling your name!
You'll also find fun shopping and dining at Gulf Place, including multiple restaurants, coffee shops, board-bike-gear rentals, souvenir shops, an oyster bar, a beer garden, candy store, ice cream shops, and more!
Love biking? There's a bike rental shop right up the road, and the bike path just outside the neighborhood's gated entrance. This paved bike path wanders endlessly along 30A (the beach road), winding through tiny beach towns for miles and miles!
If you're looking to get out into nature, the Long Leaf Greenway Trailhead is just around the block. Outdoor enthusiasts will love to walk or bike this peaceful trail for miles through the Point Washington State Forest!

*Parking: The 2-car garage and driveway provide parking for up to 3 full size vehicles and 1 mid-size vehicle. Street parking is not permitted, and strictly enforced. Please be sure to plan accordingly, as there is no overflow parking available.
*RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood. Storage facilities do exist in the area, but space is extremely limited - be sure to plan ahead, as storage is not available or permitted on property.
