It is situated south-east of Florence and only a 5 minutes` drive from “Firenze sud” A1 motorway exit. The Riding Stable is an 18th century building, and recently it has been completely restored and cleverly transformed into a romantic guest house.
Here you will enjoy the best of both worlds: convenient access to city centre and the peace and quiet of Tuscany's countryside. It is situated in a protected and peaceful area of more than 20 hectares, just outside the centre of Florence, at the foot of the hill of Settignano, in a marvelous environment, surrounded by meadows and olive groves.

This unique open space keeps its original structure and rooms derive from the horse stables which still preserve the hand-painted majolica tiles. The interior is about 90 mq (1000 sqft), has a very high ceiling and a loft. It is best suitable for two, but sleeps up to 4 people.
On the ground floor there are one double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a cloakroom, and a small utility room; a studio in the loft, with two extra sofa beds, and two bathrooms complete the apartment.

While the location is far from disturbance, it is only a short bus ride into the city. There are two bus stops in walking distance: One bus stop is approx. 300 m from the house and buses go to the centre regularly every 15 minutes; the other bus stop is approx. 900 m from the house (with a parking for your car right next to it) and buses go every 6/8 minutes.
