Hampton Beach tiene un calendario completo de eventos que comienza en junio, con Sand Sculpting Competition, Catamaran Regatta, Kids Week, conciertos nocturnos gratuitos, fuegos artificiales semanales y el Festival anual de mariscos. Más nuevos apartamentos de dos habitaciones, un baño completo, primer piso de una casa ocupada por el propietario. Esta casa está ubicada en una tranquila calle sin salida, en su mayoría de viviendas ocupadas por sus propietarios, a solo una cuadra de la playa, y a pocos pasos de las arcadas, los restaurantes y el Seashell Stage con entretenimiento nocturno. Plano de planta abierto con cocina comedor y sala de estar. La cocina está bien equipada, con electrodomésticos nuevos, incluido un lavavajillas. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size, BR 2 tiene una litera con fondo completo y doble en la parte superior y la sala de estar tiene un sofá cama queen. ¡Perfecto para dos parejas o una familia pequeña!

Great rental. Clean with everything needed.

We enjoyed our stay here. The inside of the rental apartment was great. Sparkling clean and well appointed with a washer and dryer, too! Easy parking. Short walk to the beach. Quiet at night. Would have liked if there was a porch or patio to sit outside and the view is of the water tower, but other than that it was a great rental. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I go back to the area.

Wonderful place to stay!

The owners were so nice and the apartment was so clean! The kitchen had everything you would need and more! The location is so close to the beach and the boardwalk! Perfect place for our family of 5! I would strongly recommend this place to anyone!

4th of July fun

This was our first time renting this property and it was perfect. Our family of 5 survived fine. Newer and nicer property. End of street and short 3-4 min walk to the beach. Loaded with everything we needed and we would rent again in a heartbeat! Thank you.

Perfect vacation rental for our family!

I have to admit, I almost didn't want to review this place for fear that someone else might want to rent the week we want next year! But the owners deserve a 5 star review. This is far and away the best rental we've had at Hampton Beach. The location is perfect. Short walk to the beach but so quiet at night! The home itself is lovely and well maintained, full of amenities that made our vacation... washer and dryer, wifi, multiple window A/cs, full size appliances, a stocked kitchen, included linens and towels, 2 parking spaces... the list goes on. The main kitchen and living area is well laid out and spacious. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms had ample storage for a week's stay. The ladder on the bunk beds was removable, which we appreciated with small ones. The owners were friendly and had GREAT communication over the week. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better stay for our family with two young children.

The property, was immaculate and the owners went the extra mile to help with our situation.

Awesome place to rent for a family vacation. We had last minute glitches with work, dog not well enough to go to kennel, along with a health issue. Our oldest still wanted to go , however, not 25. The owners accommodated us with an additional parking space to allow for each us us to shuffle back and forth. I tried to cancel with the insurance we purchased and that is what I dislike about the VRBO process, I was given the run around and phone numbers that were not in service. My husband and I were not able to spend even 5 minutes in the space together nor our entire family. Wish the insurance could of responded so we could of cancelled and rebooked. It turned out to be a very exhausting weekend with commuting back and forth and BOTH cars had tire issues on top of everything else. I felt like we took an extra hit in our pocketbooks just to try and salvage it for my oldest . He ended up having a great time. I wouldn't wast money on the insurance as I was unable to contact or speak to anyone. Thankfully no damage was done, because I feel I wouldn't have been able to get assistance with that coverage as well. Again, the place, itself was great, well stocked. Very safe with owners upstairs and across the street. My issue was more with VRBO and no response on insurance.

The house was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped.

We had a great time vacationing at this property! It was very clean and all we had to do once we arrived was get groceries. We cooked most of our meals rather than eating out, saving us money. We used the grill several times during our week long stay but the kitchen was fully equipped with microwave and toaster oven in addition to full stove and fridge. It was such a short walk to the beach and shopping! Margie, Chris and her husband were super nice and very attentive to our needs. We definitely would stay here again!

Clean, Quiet & Great Location

I have only positive things to say about our week at this beach house. The house itself is located at the end of a very quiet dead end street. It is VERY clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay - including a flat screen tv with plenty of cable channels, a DVD player & wifi that kept us content on our 1 rainy day, a wahser & dryer, a gas grill that we used on one of the nights and ac's in every room. It is a very short walk to the strip and an even shorter walk to the beach (less than 5 min = perfect for 3 children). Margie is very attentive and quick to answer questions. She made it a point to let us know that either herself or her sister would be available if we needed anything. We will definitely rent again next summer!

Enjoyed our stay

The house is in a great location and very convenient to the beach and boardwalk! The space is tight, but for the price and location, it was worth it. It had a nice kitchen and was well stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, etc. I think the cookware needs some updating, but it worked for our short stay. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is very quiet and we rarely saw anyone. I would stay here again if we were in the area and I would recommend it to others.

Not as described......

The house was about a block from the beach and about a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk which was great for easy access with a group of people! As for the rest of it, the house was fairly clean if a little barren. In the ad it is advertised as having DVDs, cable and wifi, etc. There were no DVDs for late night watching, three channels and when we couldn't find the wifi password where it said it was supposed to be. When we called the owner, as she said we could in her welcome email the day before, she treated us as an inconvenience as she already had plans and couldn't help us with the information, and the three other people involved in the venture with her couldn't be reached either. Upon leaving our final day, we had locked up and were organizing our group and waiting for some friends we were carpooling home with, one of the owners came up and verbally accosted us. Never introduced herself or welcomed us. Aggressively asked what we were doing and why we were here and rudely suggested we seemed like people who would have left the property dirty. She made us wait while she went in and checked; to see that we followed their enormous check out list to a tee, yet never apologized and still no introduction. All in all the property was ok for what you pay and where it is but after the snap judgment and rudeness of the woman our final day, we would NOT recommend these people as renters!!!

Amazing ladies weekend!!

This rental was everything it said it would be & more, spacious/clean/a few steps from the beach/owners were courteous & provided great customer service. Awesome location, Nice house, Quiet

this was the first time we rented a house in NH, we were quite impressed with the location in relation to the beach. Less than a 5 minute walk. Bedrooms were comfortable and everything was very clean. The manager is right upstairs and we often saw them outside, he suggested some nearby restaurants and markets - which were close by and easy to find. Drive way was a little tight even with my 4 door sedan. Grill was provided and was clean. My only suggestion: a second TV in one of the bedrooms for kids. See you in 2015!

Excellent rental location, we are renewing this year again!

We were so happy to have found this rental. Very clean with everything you need to feel at home. The owners are close by and happy to help. They offer wifi and the beach is within a 5 minute walk, 10 minutes will get you downtown. We love it and we will go back again in june ;o) The water is pretty cold, so don't forget your wetsuit!

Excellent beach home!

Our family enjoyed this newer, very comfortable, well maintained beach home. The owners were very friendly, accommodating and considerate. Located on a quiet street, this home is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan on returning back again this summer!

July Vacation to the Hamptons

Our family loved the house and the location. The house was clean and well taken care of; and only a short walk from both the beach and boardwalk. The landlord gave us great tips on places to visit and responded immediatley should something need to be taken care of (filled the propane tank in less than an hour). They were also very thoughful in the set up of the home, making it cozy and comfortable (they even left umbrellas for a rainy day!). I would recommend this to anyone looking to go to Hampton Beach with their family.

Hampton Beach Home

My family and I had a blast. This is a very clean and well maintained home. It is a very close walk to the beach which we loved since we have children. Close to the excitement. The owner was great about taking calls for questions and was willing to accept suggestions for future visitors. Superb place to rent! Truly a home away from home' Beautiful

Our Family of 6 stayed for Memorial Day 2012 weekend and the place was amazing... Very helpful/friendly owners, clean inside and out, and comfortable. We had everything we needed in this rental for a perfect vacation!

not for a family for sure!

Of course this house is at 5 minutes from hampton beach and the beach is very nice but the house not well situated. At the end of a very bumpy road, this cottage is dark, with no light. In almost every windows, stands a air conditionner. We didin't have to use it because it wasn't that hot. But, we would of appreciate opening a window or sometihing. The first night we arrived it was rainning. The rain clapping on the 3 air conditionners was awfully noisy. We couldn't sleep at all. We had to put a towel on the AC so the noise would be smoother. Next day, the wind whistled through the AC and was very anoying. We couldn't do anything for it. The internet did not work anymore because of the wind so we called the owner who was suppose to repair it. It never was even if she gave us the neighbord's keyword, we only had internet in the living room. Also, there is no space really to be outside while eating. The BBQ and the picnic table is in the driveway witch is a bit weird and not inviting. the rooms are soooooo small. It might be ok for one night but a whole week it's not ok at all. There is a room with only a small window and there is an air conditionner in it. And the last thing: The owner seems to control the water temperature for the shower so it is very not hot enough. We had to take hot water from the bathroom sink and put it in the bath. Was I camping or what? Creepy. At least it was very clean. I'm sorry but I do not recommand this place for families who is planning to save money and eat at the cottage, it's not inviting.

Our family has been in this location for more than 70 years! A new house was built in 2010 to replace our family cottage. We grew up at the beach, have raised our children and now our grandchildren with summers at the beach! We enjoy seeing other families enjoy it as we do!!

This is a great "condo like" unit on the first floor of our family home. The upstairs is used by owners' families, so there is generally someone readily available if help is needed. The house is located on a small dead end street of mostly owner occupied cottages and homes. It is a great area for couples and families with an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and entertainment!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We are on a relatively quiet street yet walking distance to all that the beach offers!! Given we are on a deadend, children can play in front of the house. There is also a parking lot directly across from the house, which can be used to play ball, ride bikes, etc. when it is not crowded with cars (most weekdays). Families love the location!!
