This charming suite features a queen bed, a full bed, a full bathroom, a brand-new kitchen, and a cozy three-season sun porch — ideal for morning coffee or evening unwinding.
Come relax and enjoy your home away from home at The Lobster Claw!
The Space:
The lobster claw is a 2 bedroom suite. There is a queen size bed and a full size bed. There is 1 flight of stairs located in this unit to access the bedrooms and full bath.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire suite. The Lobster Claw comes with 1 parking space. Parking is along the white fence directly in front of the building. There are three total spots, one for each unit. You can park in any of the three open spots. PARKING IS VERY TIGHT! If you bring a large or additional vehicles you will need to find parking in a lot nearby. The boardwalk has parking lots within walking distance. There is also the Hampton Park & Ride where you can park overnight for free which is only a few minutes down the road.
The Neighborhood:
The lobster claw is 500 feet from Ocean Blvd where the boardwalk is in downtown Hampton. The ocean is also across the street from the suite. We are located on a dead end road.
Getting Around:
The Lobster Claw comes with 1 parking space. Parking is along the white fence directly in front of the building. There are three total spots, one for each unit. You can park in any of the three open spots. PARKING IS VERY TIGHT! If you bring a large or additional vehicles you will need to find parking in a lot nearby. The boardwalk has parking lots within walking distance. There is also the Hampton Park & Ride where you can park overnight for free which is only a few minutes down the road.
Other Things to Note:
There are 5 stairs to enter the unit and 1 set of stairs within the suite.
This building is perfect for hosting large family gatherings, weddings, etc of up to 15 people. The listing is called "The Fleet". Feel free to reach out for more information.
