We create a special space as a guest's suite for your exclusive use which is part of the main house but with separate and completely private and independent entrances. Pretty quiet and created for a relaxing stay.

Check in instructions were very clear, rooms were nice and clean. Nice place to spend a couple nights while visiting. Convenient area. Nice shower!

Cute and clean apartment! It is perfect for a couple (that likes to walk) going to an event at the Mid Florida amphitheater or an event at the Hard Rock Casino. It is in a working class neighborhood, but we never felt unsafe walking home, even late at night. The kitchenette is stocked but do not plan on cooking, only microwaving. The well stocked coffee bar was a nice touch! One tip: there was not an ice maker as listed. So if you want to mix a drink to relax after a long day of traveling, please buy a bag of ice before you arrive. Great value and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you Mimi!

The place is greatbfor a couple inside, however we had issues with neighbors that thought it would be funny to bang on our doors late night after we fell asleep. Seems like they were breaking the door. Ended up calling the police as ot wouldnt stop and you cant see whoa at the door as no window there to view whos at door. Worries they could rush ua. Called the owner and she was very xoncerned as well. Sent us video from Ring camera of 2 20 year olds with hoodies on and recording themselves doing this "prank" we had just arrived from a long flight. No good. Wife was beyond scared but police reassured us they were in the xommunity for the joght to make aure we were good. We ended up stayingbfor night.Second night was interesting as well.... walls arr thin and the couple next door pit on a show for a few HOURS. With their TV at full blast to mask the sounds they were making. (STILL COULD HEAR EVERYTHING). This went in to about 2am but they left TV on full blast till 530am. Not very relaxing at all during our stay. We were worried about the rental car outside. Neighrborhood during the day looks ok. Personally we wouldnt rent this again. Love that its walking distance to Hard Rock but due to all this we never walked over as the wife was very hesitant and understandably. Our last night was uneventful but we just couldnt trst after all that just thinking something was going to occur.

Great location for the Casino and Amphitheater

Wife and I went to a concert at the MIDFLORIDA Amphitheater. This cozy place was perfect for our weekend. Walking distance to the Casino for food, drinks and fun and walking distance to our concert. Place was clean, quiet and exactly as described. PERFECT.

Nice neighborhood, easy parking and access. The home was wonderfully decorated and modern, very comfortable. We immediately commented that this place was a "keeper" for any future stays!!

Amazing.

It was the best place for us! Clean, convenient location. Mimi was great we had absolutely no issues. Easy check in and Check out. Would definitely stay again. Neighborhood wasn’t as nice as I would have liked but no issues while there.

Traveling to a new city…

My husband and I traveled to Tampa to watch our son compete at USF- the location of the apartment was perfect. We enjoyed the roominess of the apartment and the quietness of the neighborhood. It was clean, decorated well and was perfect for our visit. If we ever have to travel to Tampa again, I would book this apartment again- it was great!

Very close to Hard Rock. Property is 4- one bed units. Walls are very thin. Bed is uncomfortable. Front door is improperly hung leaving a gap along the bottom. Toilet was not totally clean. There were 4 bath towels for 2 people staying 3 nights, no dish towel or hand towel but several facecloths. We left a night early because of barking dog next door and tv noise from other rented unit.

This is a great value , especially if you are staying here instead of the casino hotel. The home is small but more than enough for two people. It was clean and everything worked. Just be aware that other homes are connected and you can hear everything on the other side of the walls. Also , I had someone park in my spot during the day and when I came back on Saturday evening around 2 AM two dudes were in the driveway just hanging out in their car. I’m a big dude so I wasn’t too concerned but I can see how that would make people uncomfortable. Overall it a great property and a good value in a safe neighborhood, just understand that you are staying where other people live

The Expedia customer service were excellent….. The place was awesome….. maybe a new pillows and different color of sheets be available will be a plus…..otherwise our experience was soooo good! Thank you ! It will be our nesting place next time for sure 🙏

We live only an hour away but wanted to enjoy a nice dinner at Council Oaks inside the casino with wine and not worry about driving home. I was so impressed with this little hidden gem, Super clean, nice shower and comfy bed. What more could you want? I will definitely use this place more often for a quick little getaway. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We really enjoyed it.

Perfect location

Perfect stay in Tampa. Close to Busch Garden, Zoo and aquarium. Also right near the Hard Rock casino. Room was just as the pictures show. Very clean and the decor was really neat. We really enjoyed staying here. The host was responsive when we messaged her.

Well worth it

Most beautiful home

Most definitely beautiful !!! Everything was like the photos but BETTER! Communication with the host was spot on and the location was awesome u can walk to the casino and there’s lots of stores near by my favorite part was the shower and the decor. Will definitely be booking again
