This fully furnished Irvine spacious luxury townhouse has been entirely rebuilt, with new windows, sliding doors and new hardwood floors. The house has three bedrooms and three full new modern bathrooms. It is freshly painted and has an elegant marble fireplace in the living room. It boasts new furniture, rugs, mattresses and sleepwear. The house is 1,600 square feet, it has a detached garage for two vehicles and is 10 minutes drive from the Pacific beach.
The two spacious bedrooms are each with large built-in closets. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an adjoining bathroom with a double vanity and a deep bathtub. The second bedroom is with a queen size bed and a private bathroom with a glass door shower. The den that is located on the main floor is furnished with an elegant trundle that can accommodate two people comfortably. It has its own bathroom with a glass door shower.
The remodeled kitchen has a cozy breakfast nook and comes with everything you could need, such as a dishwasher, stove, large refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Silverware, dishes, glasses, pots and pans are included. The home also features a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
The house is situated in Woodbridge, an elegant part of the beautiful city of Irvine and is very close to the UCI campus. The airport Santa Ana is a 15-minute drive from the townhouse.
The property is quiet and located in a tidy neighborhood surrounded by playgrounds and parks. It is a walking distance from the picturesque South Lake and is part of the Woodbridge Association which offers access to year-round swimming pools, family facilities and tennis courts.
When staying at this house you will be near restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores and attractions like the Orange County Performing Arts Center and the Knott’s Berry Farm. It is also walking distance from elementary, middle school and high school locations.
