This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is perfect for families, couples, and individual travelers alike! Centrally located, you are just a few miles away from shopping and dining, 9 miles away from Southern California's beautiful beaches, and only 11 miles away from the magical world of Disneyland! This location is perfect for your family and centrally located to all your needs! Please note that this property is part of a triplex. It does share property with two other units that are NOT connected.

Security & Surveillance Disclosure:
For the safety and security of our guests and property, there are three outdoor security cameras installed:

One camera is located in the driveway, monitoring the back of the property and parking area.

1 Ring camera is installed on the exterior near the front door.

These devices are used strictly for security purposes and are not positioned to monitor any private interior spaces. None of the cameras face inside the home, bathrooms, or bedrooms. Please be aware that these cameras may record audio and video.

Surveillance data is accessed only when necessary and is deleted when no longer needed. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.

This was the perfect place for our family to come back to after spending the day at Disneyland. It was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and supplied with all the essentials. It was easy to pick up food at Trader Joe's, Target and nearby restaurants. Thanks for a great stay. We would definitely stay again.

Great location! We booked last minute due to our hotel reservations falling through. This rental is centrally located to Knotts Berry Farm Huntington Beach and the airport. It has private parking and the inside was clean had everything we needed to include two bedrooms, a comfortable living space and full kitchen!!

Cute house with very responsive hosts. Dog friendly with walking path just a couple houses down. 2 parking spots included in front of house. Conveniently located to SNA, Disneyland, and Irvine. Would recommend and stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home during our family trip to Disneyland. The location was perfect — very easy to get to the Disney and other nearby attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, which made it great for our kids. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host’s instructions for check-in and using the appliances were clear and straightforward, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for — functional, convenient, and perfect for a family visit. Highly recommend!

The location was very easy to get to from the freeway and close to our destination. Great spot for a family of six. Communication was also fantastic!The only hiccup was that we arrived at night and there were no obvious house numbers on the home or the curb - or the neighbors for reference. We parked a few homes down and walked until we found the correct one. Nothing major but we did have go up and down the street a few times, probably would have not been a problem during the day.

Cozy place - central to everything

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed all of the features of the home. The kitchen is generously supplied with pots&pans, coffee maker (with filters), and even olive oil. It was an easy 20 minutes to the beach and 25 minutes to DisneyLand.

Location was convenient

My family and I were there for a National Softball tournament hosted in nearby softball fields. The location of the home was perfect! The home was cozy and just the right size for a family of 5. We did experience an issue with the plumbing one evening, but the property owner was VERY responsive to quickly remedy the issue - Thank you! Overall, our family enjoyed our stay.

David’s place is easy to find, very clean, and free of any unpleasant odors. The beds are comfortable—medium firmness in the primary bedroom, and a softer single bed plus a medium-firm queen in the second room.Parking does require a bit of maneuvering, but nothing too challenging. The kitchen is well stocked for simple meals, and basic amenities were provided. The bathroom is clean as well, though the shower head could use some descaling; otherwise, the water pressure and overall shower experience were perfectly comfortable. Always great to have a washer and dryer on-site.Communication with David and Jessica was smooth throughout. I really appreciated that they were able to extend our stay even when the app wouldn’t allow either of us to adjust the reservation. They were friendly, responsive, and helpful—even during the holidays.

Convenient location

We flew in from the East Coast for a wedding. Had two kids and my spouse. The split floor plan was great and upgrades to the property was nice. It had all the accommodations we needed and the location was perfect to get to all the neighboring cities for activities as well as super close to the airport. Parking was a bit difficult as it was all street parking and all the neighborhood utilizes it, but luckily we were always able to find parking that was walkable.

Wonderful stay! The place was very large and clean and perfect for me and my dog. They added a little fenced area right off the laundry room which was great for late at night. Jessica was so nice and easy to communicate with, she even went above and beyond sending dog treats. Beds were very comfortable too and loved the TV in the master. Parking was super easy too. Couldn’t recommend more!
