Oceanfront, PRIVATE BEACH, sugar white sands of Crystal Beach.
* Fully remodeled 2150SqFt townhome
* Deeded PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS
* Daily set up of 2 beach chairs and an umbrella March-October (can purchase more or use free chairs from garage)
* OFF STREET parking for up to 3 cars
* Shared gated pool maintained by the HOA (please note I do not have control over maintenance or other guests to the pool)

Living accomodations:
Third floor:
* Master bedroom king bed with en suite bathroom featuring custom shower and beachfront balcony; 55" flat screen TV
* Bunk room featuring "full over full size" bunk beds and a separate queen bed; en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo

Second Floor:
*Kitchen, main dining, living room with TV and a SLEEPER SOFA
* Balcony overlooking the ocean with outdoor seating/dining
* Guest bedroom with king size bed and TV
* Bathroom featuring custom shower with two door access--one to the guest bedroom and one to the common area

Entry level:
* Living room with loveseat and flat screen TV; King size murphy bed featuring a high quality memory foam mattress
* En suite kitchenette featuring a sink, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.
* Bathroom with shower
* Portable AC unit to ensure perfect sleeping temp!
* Main access to the 30ft beachfront deck with 6 loungers, 2 patio chairs, outdoor table and chairs for dining and a gas grill
*There is a door to close off this area from the second and third levels for privacy

We provide a starter pack of supplies:
Kitchen starter kit: 1 roll of papertowel in kitchen and 1 roll in kitchenette, small bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher tabs, 3 trash bags and 1 sponge
Bathroom starter kit: small shampoo and conditioner, small bar of soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper
Laundry: 4 laundry pods

We are 3 blocks from Destin Commons, Bass Pro Shop, Silver Sands outlet Mall is near, On the Beach Tiki Bar, Beachside Dining,Minutes from Grand Boulevard Dining & Shops. Three (3) miles from Kelly Plantation Golf Resort, as well as Regatta Bay Golf Course and San Destin Golf Resort. Close to the Water Park. The location can not be beat.

perfect for our family

We really enjoyed the property. The private beach was just right. The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to our needs.We definitely had a laundry issue with a broken washer, but the owner reimbursed us for the laundry service we had to use.It was a holiday, so the service couldn't come repair.

Literally Perfect

I literally wish this was my home!!! It is the best location with all the necessities of family, ie: baby gates installed, roll away crib, pack and play, beach toys and chairs, high chair…. The location is right on the private beach. We stayed over the 4th of July and had a perfect view as fireworks were all around us. The Littles loved it! The beds are so comfortable and living accommodations lack nothing. The hostess was so sweet and quickly responded to any questions and communications I sent. I have already recommended this place to a friend and we will seek this place on our return to Destin. Furnishings and decor were so comfortable. Again, I wish I lived here!!!

5 stars! Well worth the money

The property was very nice and we were impressed by all the details and all the thought put into it. Our kids are grown, but there was a highchair, baby gates, adjustable mattresses for his and her side and all kinds of other things that were provided to make the overall stay better. The absolute best part is the private beach. The beach was packed, but our area was not and was managed very well by the beach attendant. Glenda was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive. Overall great place to stay! We will be back…

Just what we needed!

I can’t speak highly enough about this Townhouse! It’s spacious, beds were pretty comfy, it’s clean, everything you’d need as if you were at home, there is gates you can close on each level to help keep the littles safe, baby bed set up if ya need it, bikes for a stroll, more beach chairs to add to the two you already get that is set up daily from 9 a.m-5 p.m. the owner has so many things to choose from on the bottom floor deck storage such as shovels, buckets, body boards, frisbees, kites, nets, toys etc. Needless to say save room in the car because all the stuff you need for fun in the sun on the beach is already there. Restaurants and shopping are just a hope skip and a jump away. The ocean views didn’t disappoint! Three levels of beauty! The white sands and the different shades of blue were breathtaking. The beach is your backyard literally! Check in is definitely a breeze and easy. I highly recommend this property to stay at, we’ll definitely be back. We’ve found our new vacation stay! So go book it to see for yourself. It’s totally worth it!

Destin

The location of this condo was really nice. The beach was close enough to see my family members swimming & having fun. The “private” beach area was nice. The host Glenda was very prompt in her replies but I think she was not fully aware of the issues with the condo itself. Upon arrival the 2nd story was freezing cold & the 3rd story was miserably hot. Air was not coming out of the vents on the top floor. Portable fans (supplied) were used & temperature became manageable. I had to buy a new AC filter as the one in use had obviously not been changed in a while & was very dirty. This helped. It would have been nice if there had been a new one provided by the host so that I would not have had to buy one. The condo was dirty & the closets were filled with what appeared to be baby furniture. It was great for families that need the stuff but it prevented us from using most of the closets.The inside of the condo showed signs of wear & needed to be painted. The furniture upholstery was stained, dirty, & needed to be cleaned. Bed linens smelled & needed to be washed. Which we did. This should not have been something that a guest needed to have to deal with. I think that the cleaning service used by the owner is not doing their job properly. The sliding doors on the balconies were poorly maintained causing my son to get stuck outside. *Bicycles were not usable.*Garage was not usable to park car.*No elevator as stated in description.*Dishes, pots, & pans in kitchen were dirty.
AC filter. I bought a new one and changed.
Rusted and filthy trash cans on main deck.
Linen closet on first floor when we arrived.
Bicycles with flat tires and broken chain.

Glenda was a great host. Made it easy to get in and check out with ease. Best direct private beach access in the area with great features for all guests.All 3 decks make for great times by all of our group.Been to this unit multiple times. It never dissapoints.
