Just mere steps away (less than half a block) from the beach and boardwalk, the restored historic Hanscom Building has an old world charm that nearby hotels lack. Our newly renovated condo known as "The Condo Down The Shore" may not be all that huge, but it's bright, lovely, and has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay at the beach. Newly listed and renovated in 2023, come check out all the buzz with Ocean City's newest kept gem secret! Cook meals right in our kitchenette, watch Netflix throughout the day, do laundry in the building and head to the beach using our beach tags, towels, chairs and umbrella, we have all the essentials hotels won't offer and at a fraction of the cost! We have thought about just about everything you will need for your stay at The Condo Down The Shore and provide a turnkey experience during your stay!

Please keep in mind, the condo is very small, **ONLY 205 sq feet**, but cozy and the layout is laid out nicely to maximize the amenities and space during your stay. ****Although this unit could fit up to 2 adults and a toddler comfortably, we are also able to potentially accommodate as many as 5 more guests at our newly renovated condos within the same building (and very close) - pending availability in our schedule! + Dead bolt lock to secure the door to the condo, plus a security chain for the door for extra added security. The main front door to the building requires a key card after 7pm to access the building

Guest access
You'll have the whole condo to yourself! It's not huge, but it's cozy and inviting, and ideally situated in the heart of OCNJ! You are more than welcome to also use all the amenities of the building.

SELF-CHECK IN anytime BETWEEN 4PM-10PM on your day of arrival.
SELF-CHECK OUT BEFORE 11AM on your day of departure.
