Nuestra casa ofrece a familias y parejas o personas mayores de 25 años (NO SENIOR WEEK / PROM WEEKENDS) una gran escapada por unos días o la semana durante la temporada de verano. Estas vacaciones emocionantes y relajantes te esperan a ti y a tus seres queridos en el extremo norte menos congestionado de Ocean City, NJ. Está muy bien situado en la esquina de Wesley y el 1, a medio camino entre la playa y la bahía. Podrá pasear por la playa, visitar el paseo marítimo con sus tiendas y atracciones / paseos o jugar una partida de mini golf con los niños, ver un espectáculo en el muelle de la música, visitar las pintorescas tiendas y restaurantes en Asbury Avenue. A pie de la bahía y disfrutar de cangrejos en los mamparos, alquilar una moto de agua o visitar los casinos cercanos o Cape May County Zoo. ¡Siempre hay algo que hacer! Esta ubicación cuenta con un condominio segundo piso reformado en una casa que ha resistido la prueba del tiempo y las tormentas desde 1929. Tiene una totalmente equipada cocina cocina más grande y un montón de comodidades modernas para mejorar su estancia. Se encontrará elegir entre relajarse en el amplio porche con sombra o la cubierta trasera amplia sol. De cualquier lugar está equipado para comer. Por lo que puede comenzar el día con un buen libro y un café en el porche o después de un corto paseo de la playa su familia puede comer el almuerzo en el porche trasero antes de terminar el día en la playa. Desde el porche frontal a la cubierta trasera nuestra casa ofrece un espacio cómodo y acogedor. Aunque la casa conserva parte de su encanto histórico que está totalmente equipada con cable, wifi inalámbrico y televisores inteligentes. Esperamos que su familia se encuentra nuestro hogar un lugar para relajarse y crear recuerdos.

My sister & our best friend came down for a girls weekend to enjoy the fall fest & shoulder season. We saw this property & fell in love with the cozy aesthetic & the porch. Booking was a breeze. John the owner was amazing to work with. He reached out before the trip & made sure everything was good while on the trip. The house is adorable inside. Clean - nice amenities & decor & quiet location but still local to all the entertainment. This is a 5 star vacation home.

This is a very cute condo. We spent the weekend in the off season to do the boardwalk and rides. This was a great home base. My 2 boys (6 and 18 mos) loved it. It has everything you need for a nice family stay. Communication was great and check-in/check out was a breeze.

My wife and I wanted to take our 2yo on her first trip to the beach for her birthday. We found this house and it ended up being absolutely perfect for our family. It was very family friendly for our toddler with toys, books, a high chair, a baby gate for the porch, etc. The closeness to the beach was great and thanks to some suggestions within the house, we found a delicious little bagel joint for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again in the future and I’d recommend it to anyone else interested.

Another great stay!

This was our second year staying at John and Cheryl's property. The property was again clean and well maintained. It is a comfortable size for the four of us to stay for a week. We really enjoy the location on the northern end of the island in a more residential area. With a dedicated parking spot and a 10 minute walk to the beach it can't be beat!

House is 4 blocks to the beach. Quiet neighborhood with deli, Breakfast and dinner places all within walking distance. Furnishings were nice and we slept 7 without difficulty. Designated parking spot was perfect. Washer and dryer worked great. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Vacation Stay

This beach house was great! It was better than I had anticipated. The owner was gracious and attentive. My family and I were very comfortable and it had everything we needed! It was just a short walk to the beach and to a few restaurants. We had a wonderful stay!

Great location with convenient proximity to beach and a quiet neighborhood. Clean and well equipped space with the essentials. Box with beach items was helpful. Perfect size for our family vacation with our two young children and especially appreciate the box of toys so we didn’t have to pack any. Love the front porch for relaxing after a day on the beach. It was our second time staying and we had a wonderful vacation.

A happy birthday weekend!

What a lovely place to stay! The apartment was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It’s an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk, and a more ambitious walk to the downtown area. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider a return visit.

Fall getaway

My husband, daughter, son in law and I enjoyed our stay at this northern gem. We had hoped for better waves for surfing, but enjoyed bike riding and long walks on the beach and boards. The home is cozy. Great front and back porch. The home is equipped with everything needed for a few days.

My family and I came for a short visit to Ocean City. John was very accommodating. The Condo had everything you need and was well kept and clean and felt very cozy. While we stayed during off season the off street parking spot was a nice touch. Would highly recommend this place for an Ocean City get away!

Girls weekend

We had a very relaxing and fun stay. House was set up very nice and clean. Kitchen was very well stocked for dishes and cooking needs. Parked our car when we go there, and then walked everywhere we need to go for the rest of the stay.

Perfect, Cozy Getaway

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! The house itself is beautiful. Each room is perfectly decorated and extremely cozy. It had a covered porch which was perfect for nighttime and listening to the ocean. It was also conveniently located not only close to the beach but also to food and shopping. We loved our stay here and would absolutely recommend it to everyone!

Wonderful condo and owners. Everything was clean and updated. You can tell they take pride in their property. It was a pleasant surprise to have children’s toys there too. My toddler and baby loved them.

I grew up in South NJ and my wife grew up in PA just north of Philly. Our family became weekly summer renter to the island in 1982. After 34 years of vacationing and walking the island dreaming we decided to make an investment in our future. We searched the shore up and down and each time we came back to what felt right, Ocean City. We love vacationing here not only in season but throughout the year.

My wife's had two criteria to her selection of a home. It must have off street parking and have a porch. From the moment we walked on this property we just had a feeling that this home would be perfect to start our next stage of life. We wanted a home to share with our children and grand children. We are now looking forward to making memories with our grandchildren in this home. This 3 bedroom 1 bath home with both outdoor spaces, off street parking and private outdoor shower felt right and we just knew it would be perfect to share.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

My wife fell in love with the front porch. We will often find her out there reading and drinking her morning coffee. The rear deck is also a key feature of the home. It's cozy 3 bedroom interior has just that perfect feel. Its location in the northern end of the island puts us close enough to many of the attractions but not in the center of all the congestion. The home is centrally located in the middle of the island on the northern end. In either direction with a short walk is the beach access and boardwalk with public restrooms or the bay with it recreational features.
