The space
Upstairs and downstairs levels are completely connected.

The two floors of the house are connected through outside stairs (in the front of the house) as well as through inside stairs (in the laundry area).

I. Upstairs unit with 15 steps of stairs.

Enjoy your family dinners in our thoughtful and spacious dining room featuring our grand marble table.

Lounge and relax in the living room with big beautiful windows with a view of the overlooking the cherry Tree.

The kitchen has a gas stove/oven, full size fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee & tea station, and the basics to cook a nice meal. Enjoy your meals in the breakfast nook.

Both bedrooms are equipped with queen beds, wardrobes, and desk spaces to work.

- Bathroom:
The bathroom has all of your essentials - towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, hairdryer, cotton swabs, q-tips.

Travel back in time in the 70s cocktail lounge & bar!
The lounge has a built in bar w/ 4 barstools, cocktail bar tools, and vintage glassware.
The Redwood in the lounge sets the tone for a cozy yet exciting night indoors.

Guest access
The home is a duplex with 2 levels.
Both levels have 2Bed/1Bath where each level has fully private living space, with a private entrance for the guests.
Each living room has a sofa bed and for additional occupancy, we provide a foldable queen bed frame + Queen mattress + mattress topper + Sheets/Pillows/Comforter.

There is a laundry room with washer/dryer and all the essentials on the ground floor.

The house has no shared space!

Please help us prep the place and provide you the best possible experience by making your reservations based on number of people on the property (at any time during your stay), and not just overnight guests.
Other things to note
The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
1) 4 bedrooms
2) 2 x Living rooms

- Each bedroom has 1 Queen bed.
- Upstairs living room couch lays down and pulls out to a flat queen size bed.
-Downstairs couch lays flat and pulls out to a full size bed.

For larger groups of 12+
We will provide:
- 2 x pop up, queen size foldable frame + Mattress.
These can be set up in the living rooms (upstairs and downstairs).
- For all the couches and foldable beds, we will provide Mattress toppers, comforters, sheets and pillows.

For infants/toddlers:
We provide upon request a crib, high Chair, changing table and pack n play crib.

We aim to provide everyone a safe and comfortable experience, especially for the larger groups.
