Stardust Daydream:A Micro-Resort

Welcome to Stardust Daydream, a private Micro-Resort. We call this a "micro-resort" because it offers much more than a single house rental.

The Stardust Daydream features:
• 4 bedrooms in multiple buildings / 4 queen beds / Japanese floor futon/ couch futon / 3 baths / sleeps 10
• TWO hot tubs
• Cowboy pool
• Access to Joshua Tree National Park
• Covered dining/hangout area
• Propane grill and outdoor dining
• Hammocks
• Heating and cooling
• Ideal location for retreats/weddings
If ANY house rules are violated, renters must vacate property immediately. Renter forfeits all rental funds and security deposit and house rules violation(s) could also incur additional charges
=Respect and care for the house is expected at all times
-No smoking anywhere on the property.
- People other than those listed in the Guest party may not be on site without prior written consent. Any additional guests on site at anytime will be $100 per person per day.
- No partying or noise disturbance is allowed. Quiet time is after 10pm in the desert. Any noise complaints from any neighbor or anyone associated with the property will result in 100% loss of remaining rental amount and the entirety of security deposit.
- All guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
- Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities and are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
- Guests will not use the premises for any unlawful purposes whatsoever.
- Any excessive damage to furniture or other material objects associated with the property will be subject to security deposit loss at the discretion of the Property Manager
