This quiet coastal studio is located in vibrant Seaside, known for its wide range of activity, lovely beaches, and popular boardwalk! Enjoy the balmy sea breeze while exploring Downtown Seaside, where numerous boutiques and eateries await your enjoyment. When you aren't busy collecting memorable souvenirs, check out the Seaside Aquarium, Seaside Beach, and the Necanicum Estuary Natural History Park.

Inside, the light-filled interior of your stay features a pleasant bohemian-style theme. Kick back and stream your favorite TV shows and movies in the comfortable main living space, or put a vinyl on the record player and head for the well-equipped kitchen where you can show off your culinary skills.

Sleep will come quickly under the plush linens on the comfortable bed - rest and repeat another day exploring the PNW coast!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a great time in this little beach house. It's an easy walk to a beach with less traffic and easy access into the downtown area. We definitely enjoyed it!

This studio was perfect for our trip to the pnw. We had everything we needed and were close to the beach. Shopping is close by along with great food options and the convention center.

Great little get away!!

Good location! Good communication with the host, nice response time. The bed was very comfortable and there were tons of games to play!! Enjoyed ourselves immensely!!

Complicated!

The picture on the website was misleading. I contacted the website person, before making the reservation and they said it was okay to bring my boat, when I got there to park, there was a raised flower bed in my way to pull the truck/boat all the way inside the fence on the property, so half of my boat was sticking outside of the fence. The picture on the website showed an open field! I'm not interested in using this property again. Not happy!!!

Comfy and close to the beach!

Great stay for the Seaside vball tourney! Works well for 2 people and an easy 15 min walk to the nets. Check in and check out were very smooth.

Cute inside. Decent Location. Perfect for 1 or 2.

This place has a cute diy-boho vibe inside. It's clean, and just the right size for 1 or 2. The bedding/pillows/comforter are really comfortable (but the mattress is a super firm/hard). There's a built in space heater which came in really handy because it definitely got cold, but I had to get up every night around 2-3am to turn it off because it doesn't automatically adjust or turn off on a timer or sensor. If you leave it on, it heats up the little place very quickly which is great.. but if you turn it off to go to bed (so you dont get really hot), you'll wake up freezing and have to turn it back on again. There's a record player with a pretty cool selection of records (folk/indy/rock) and if I hadn't had the unfortunate timing of the neighbor's remodeling update (ugh) it probably would have been peaceful. No smoking "anywhere on the premises". So walk your pre-roll out to the street I guess... even though there's a picnic table and lawn chairs in the front yard.. and be sure NOT to lock the door when you do that, because if you dont have the 10-digit (yep..) entry code memorized, and you left your phone inside, you're not getting back in. Otherwise, cute place for the $.

Cute getaway

Quiet little neighborhood and perfect home for a getaway for two. The only issue was the house was super cold and the heater setting is either on or off. Other than that it was a great weekend for us parents.

Hidden Gem!

Traveled with my 12 year old son for a basketball tournament in town. Fantastic little home in close proximity to the beach. Bed was comfy. Home has an ant problem and could use some updated kitchen amenities as many were of poor quality, i.e., knifes, can opener, fry pans. Shower can definitely use a good grout clean and seal. Home is well decorated and the record player was fun. I reached out to Vacasa prior to my arrival regarding the ants and prior review indicating the home was cold. They never responded to me but there was a second space heater on site which we did not need to use. If arriving at night, use caution as the home is poorly lit and the parking area has larger rocks marking the space which are easy to trip over. Recommend bringing a diffuser as the home does have a strong older home smell to it. All in all a great place and would definitely stay again!

The first night was decent minus the rock solid hard beds and it being incredibly (one heater for a 400sq ft studio). After coming back to the place on the second day from being at the beach, the place was infested with ants; lines formed from the door and all along the rug and up around the baseboards. Ants were crawling up the wall, on the window and windowsill, and ceiling. After hours of waiting for someone to either refund us our second night or do something about it, they came and set traps; traps that attract more ants. You would think for spending a decent amount of money, they would've done something for us. This was the first and last time renting through Vacasa. No food or drinks were out, so there was 0 excuses as to why they were present.
