FRENTE AL MAR - Bonito condominio en la planta baja, con fácil acceso a la playa y amplias vistas al océano. El patio tiene vista al famoso paseo marítimo y, a solo unos pasos del camino de la playa, este condominio es perfecto para una escapada a la playa. Restaurantes y tiendas son 2 cuadras al norte, y por supuesto la playa; sólo pasos hacia adelante. El dormitorio tiene cama King, televisión por cable y el baño principal tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha. El segundo baño es común al hall. La sala de estar tiene una cama Queen Murphy y un sofá cama doble, TV / DVD. La cocina está totalmente equipada e incluye lavavajillas. Muebles al aire libre para su disfrute en el patio para ver las hermosas puestas de sol. Lavadora y secadora en el lugar disponible para uso de los huéspedes. Estacionamiento para 2 vehículos. The room was clean and comfortable, what a great view of the ocean, right on the promenade! The beds were comfortable. It was walking distance to shops and restaurants. Well appointed we had everything we needed, a lovely kitchen to cook in. We will stay there again. A really good value.

When they say "expansive views" they mean it! Wow! Beautiful views of the waves, dunes, Tillamook Head, sunsets - right from the unit and the patio!Location couldn't be any better: direct access to the Promenade, direct access to the beach with just a short walk over the dunes, and a short walk to the main beach area with restaurants and shops.The unit was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The building has elevators and provides luggage carts to bring all your stuff from the parking lot. We loved it!

Relaxing and Cozy

The property is very well taken care of. Appreciated the cleanliness, kitchen had all one needed to prepare meals. The view and location cannot be beat.

Great views great location!

Fantastic property right on the beach and promenade. We walked everywhere our entire stay. So close to everything. The unit is well equipped, just bring your clothes and food. We were a family of six and were very comfortable. Property management was attentive to any needs that came up. We will be staying again!

The condo was fabulous. Seaside is very touristy. Lots of people even mid week and before school is out. So would have preferred a more secluded area. All in all, though, we had a great time.

Wonderful place to stay.

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and tidy. Great location. Only “ negative” would be the bed. It was very uncomfortable. I would suggest the owners replacing the mattress . ( reason for 4 stars) If mattress was replaced, I would definaltey stay here again.

Location was very convenient to everything up and down the coast. Some details needed to be addressed. Screen door needs replaced. No batteries for either television remotes. Property Manager brought us two batteries. Needs directions on use of tv remotes. Otherwise, unit was clean and had everything we needed for the few meals we cooked. Master bed was comfortable.

My stay on the beach.

The master shower was turned off. I contacted owner. I thought she was coming the next morning as I told her we would be there until 9:00 am I asked her not to come when we were not there as all of our belongings were in the condo Never contacted me or showed homeless people were going thru trash. Scary

Good location, outdated property

The location was perfect. Short walk to downtown. The view was really nice too. The property was outdated, had construction going the entire time, was a little smelly like you can tell it was smoked in for years. The worst part was every single piece of furniture was uncomfortable. The bed was absolutely horrible. Woke up with pain everyday and I'm a healthy 32 year old. Have stayed at 5 vacation rentals in seaside and never been so excited to go home. Would not stay here again.

Excellent location and view

We had a wonderful stay and can’t say enough about the location and view this rental offers. Here is our rating A+++. for location, view and price. Close to the Promenade and shopping area. View is spectacular out the picture window and back patio B for cleanliness, bed comfort, stocked kitchen and water pressure in shower. C for lack of bathroom amenities. For example; tiny motel size bottle of shampoo (no conditioner) small soap, no plunger ( just in case) and towels are cheap motel towels ( but quantity of towels is good) so much thought was put into the kitchen but not the bathrooms D for confusing amount of remote controls to TVs, no instructions on how to use them. Furniture is not very comfortable in living room. No portable AC unit for those hot days (we had 3) but fans were available. F. For not disclosing the washer and dryer are in a communal laundry room and you have to pay to use them. Bring quarters and laundry detergent or buy some Hopefully our honest review will help you!

Nice place -great location

Unit was very well equipped with everything we needed. Location was very close to the center of the beach and near lots of restaurants and shopping. Easy walking distance. We also enjoyed walking along the promanade. Highly recommended.

Great location

Very nice ground floor condo, comfortable furniture, plenty of games and puzzles. I really liked the local history books including stories of shipwrecks. There were beach chairs. Close to everything but private and quiet. Could use some remodeling, especially the carpet.

Had to wipe down all surfaces they were filthy! Place had not been vacuumed, had to vacuum. Took over an hour to clean. Linens in closet for Murphy Bed were not washed. Only four shower towels total. With four people staying there for 4 night not near enough. The plus was the property manager was great talk thru everything and was very apologetic.

Perfect Location!

This unit is in the absolute perfect location! You are within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, amusement attractions, aquarium, so much!! You can park your car and leave it! The unit itself is pretty basic but it has the essentials. We would most definitely stay again.

Beautiful View

The plus was the beautiful weather in Seaside. Our condo was very clean and well organized with all the amenities. Beds were very comfortable. This condo is located near downtown main street in Seaside. Only a 2-3 block walk on the promenade. We were near the beach; about a half block walk thru a grassy area to get there. We could view and hear the ocean from our condo. Enjoyed our stay, and hope to return.

Excellent view and location

This property has an excellent view of the ocean through its big windows. We enjoyed being able to walk right out on to the promenade from the sliding glass door via the grassy gated lawn. The property was well stocked with most very kitchen item needed for cooking making dining in easy. Plus many games, puzzles, and movies were available to play. We had plenty of pillows and blankets to cuddle up with. I especially liked the high thread count king size sheets. What a great place to stay to be able to enjoy the ocean for a window or up close with a short walk!
