A fantastic three-bedroom apartment awaits in an incredible location. Spanning 112 sqm, this residence graces the 1st floor of the building, nestled in the heart of Athens. Its proximity to major tourist attractions, public transportation hubs, and the local market adds to its allure.

This single-level gem boasts the following features:

- 3 inviting bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed
- A very comfortable sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 2 people
- A very spacious dining room
- 2 well-appointed bathrooms in total
- A fully equipped kitchen, replete with essential amenities
- A cosy balcony adorning the front of the apartment
- All bedrooms and the living room thoughtfully outfitted with air-conditioning and a television

Guests have full access to the premises. That said, please note that according to the number of people in the booking and the sleeping arrangements, not all bedrooms are accessible. For example, if a couple has made a booking only one bedroom out of the three will be accessible.

We will provide you with check-in instructions to self-check in prior to your arrival. Since the flat is accessible via a smart lock, the code you are provided is automatically activated shortly before your check-in time and is deactivated shortly after your check-out time.

IMPORTANT - Please send us your passport photo, email address and confirm your mobile phone as soon as you book your stay.

We need the required info to email you & send you via SMS the check-in info to download the relevant app and activate your unique access code on your smartphone a few days before your arrival. With the app, you can open both the building's and the flat's doors. You must have mobile data on your phone to self-check-in via the app.
