Welcome! This Townhouse is in a quiet neighborhood in Bowling Green. Just a short drive from WKU (2.3 miles), Beech Bend Raceway (7.1 miles), the Corvette Museum (8.5 miles), and Mammoth Cave National Park (41 miles)

This centrally located 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is fully furnished and well-suited for monthly or short-term stays. A great home base for all of your adventures in Bowling Green!

There is a spacious living room with a couch for plenty of seating.

There is a full kitchen and pots, pans, and utensils for your use. The dining room can seat six.

The spacious master bedroom-bathroom is furnished with a king bed, and dresser, with a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms have queen beds with memory foam mattresses.

The property was as described. The manager responded to a request within minutes! It is the fastest customer service ever.We will be coming back and resting the place again next year.

Weekend Stay for Wedding

Overall the place was nice, clean and well taken care of. The location was perfect for us with food, attractions and everything we needed close. Not sure it was the best neighborhood, but we weren't there long. We were arriving earlier than expected and requested early access via the App and phone number provided. However, they took over an hour to respond and said the house would only be available 15 minutes earlier than the posted check in time. That was surprising and a bit frustrating but I understood I was asking just a few hours in advance. However, when we did arrive (15 minutes earlier than the noted check in) the code to the door didn't work. We were unable to access the house and drop off our items before heading to our reservation. Thankfully we were given 3 codes to try and upon our return that evening one did work, but when I tried to reach them at check in there was no response.The light switches didn't make any sense and many didn't work. There was also not enough hot water for more than 1 or 2 people to shower in the morning which made it difficult as the house holds 6 people.

Wi-Fi did not work and the property reeked of marijuana. Thankfully we arrived at bedtime and only stayed one night.

Exactly what we needed

My kids and grand daughter came into town for a wedding and took an extra day to relax. Home was very clean and stocked. Perfect for our trip!

Bowling Green

Arriving at the property was a dissappointment. Cars all over lawns sidewalk etc. the front lawn was at least 6 inches high and unkempt. Inside was very clean and nice. Could not get the main tv to connect with wifi, finally moved bedroom tv to living area.

Nice clean home

The home was really nice, neighborhood was fine/quiet. There is a hot tub listed in the amenities but it was just regular bathtubs. We did some cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to do a load of laundry. The owners were kind enough to let us stay a little late and were great to communicate with. We were staying for parents weekend and would stay again if we couldn’t get anything closer. The beds were platform style so firm type feel.

The house was perfect, clean and roomy. The owners was really nice and communicated with me perfectly. I will definitely refer this rental to all my friend, family and customers staying in this area. We will be returning next September for this event and will definitely contact to rent this property again.

Family time

Our family of 6 adults were happy with the rental..it was clean and well equipped…we really needed the iron and ironing board provided …we were in town for a family wedding at Lost River and the location was perfect for us.

Great weekend getaway!

My best friend and I stayed at this townhouse with our daughters for our daughters' youth retreat at a local church. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, the property was clean, and the area was clean and safe. We hope to return next year!

We loved our stay

The house was beautifully decorated and clean. There was plenty of room for our family of four. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The washer and dryer are modern front loaders and worked great. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Refresher

We stayed one overnight as a break from our 12 day motorcycle camping cruise. This place was such a nice simple relief break from that. Clean, quiet, peacefully decorated, beautiful air conditioning. Laundry was so nice to have on site. Neighbors were nice & helped us pick a local restaurant, which was great. Lots of restaurant & the like nearby.

Would probably keep looking

Bathtub had hair all over, shower wouldnt drain literally took a knife to the enormous amt of hair around plug so werent standing in 4 inches of water. No hot water in master bathroom for the first day. Someones fast food leftovers were in the freezer. Preheated oven day 2 for breakfast smelled something burning, opened the oven and someone elses cinnamon rolls (already cooked) had been left in the oven and were now burnt. Cobwebs and thick dust stuck on ceiling in livingroom. Reached out to host by vrbo, phone, text and vrbo help line who sent an email and NEVER got any answer or response. Washer smelled like mildew sheets in bedroom one had 50 cent piece size holes all over in them. (Can provide photos). Front door and bathroom door do not line up so they do not latch for privacy. Front door only latches by door code lock. Location was good, its in a "new build" area no outside space to enjoy but served our purpose. Nice living and dining space, beds were comfortable.

We were visiting Bowling Green for work purposes. This place was so much better than staying in a hotel. The place had everything needed for a perfect stay. Thanks for a great experience.
