Nestled in Northgate, blocks from the iconic Dixie Chicken, and just a on mile walk to Kyle Field, this 2 bed/2 bath vacation rental has been fully updated for you!

Within this family-friendly 980 square foot condo, you'll discover an inviting interior that exudes the essence of College Station.

Completely remodeled from top to bottom, Whoop Ward offers all the necessities as well as many premium perks. Walk in to a beverage fridge, which includes your complimentary bottle of wine. The living room features a smart TV, strong WIFI, a relaxing sofa and comfy chairs. Connect Four, Hook 21, and Drink-O-Rama games are set up to enjoy. The dining table rests on top of Bevo's hide and includes six chairs. The stylish kitchen is stocked with brand new stainless steel appliances, as well as new dishes, flateware, pots, pans, crockpot, coffee maker and more! Just off the dining area and kitchen are sliding glass doors that provide a view of your turf backyard, completely private and waiting to be enjoyed by you or your pups. Rounding out the main floor is the laundry room, which stores your outside jenga set and a pack-and-play in case baby comes along for gameday! The laundry area also includes laundry soap and dryer sheets in case you need to use these during your stay.

Upstairs you'll find the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary suite includes a Queen bed with a twin trundle. There is also a desk for anyone who can't completely get away from work for the weekend. There is a small closet with hangers for your gameday attire. The en suite includes a bathtub/shower combo and large vanity. Outside the primary suite is your second bathroom, which looks straight out of a magazine with its corner shower and all the towels and toiletries you could possibly need. At the end of the hall is the second bedroom. It includes two full-size beds with a twin-size trundle under each of them. There is an extra-large closet stocked with hangers for your Aggie gear, another smart tv, as well as a dart cabinet and scrabble on the walls for you or the kiddos to play with.

This condo is located in an amazing location very near the campus. We walked to northgate and the game. It is very safe. The place was extremely clean. I love the extra touches they include like plenty of hand towels, soap, shampoo etc. I would definitely stay here again. The only knock on the place is I wish there was a normal sized garbage can in the kitchen area.

there were lots of dead roaches of all sizes - like more than 10; upstairs and downstairs.the air in the place seemed dank and super humid - like maybe the filters need to be changed. i am a frequent user of both VRBO and AieB&B all over the US and for the this one was a little dissapointing.

Amazing stay!

Kali was a great host and had great and open communication with us throughout the entire process. The location was great and short walk to Northgate. Everything was very comfortable and would highly recommend.

Great, however…

The location was perfect. The place was clean, the games were cool, the kitchen was well provisioned. The vibe was good. The mattress in the master bedroom was the worst we have ever slept on. Also, for a place that can sleep up to 9 people the trash cans were way too small. The couch was almost unbearably uncomfortable.

Take me to George or lose me forever!

We came in town for 24 hrs to see King George at Kyle and I chose this townhouse for the short distance to campus and how dang cute it was decorated! It did not disappoint, bc when I tell you it looks exactly like the pictures…I mean it. The extra trundle beds beneath each bed came in handy for our family. The neighborhood felt very safe and the host was fantastic from check-in to check-out. 5/5⭐️ from @wannabejenna.

Cute townhouse very close to Northgate

What a cute, comfortable townhouse! My husband, 2 adult children and I stayed here for 1 night for my younger son's graduation. Very clean and comfortable. We walked to and from the bars at Northgate at night. The 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms makes it a perfect place for a group of friends or 2 couples. There's a nice backyard area you could have a pregame get-together also. We would definitely stay there again.
