Relax and unwind at our luxurious waterfront home located on Clear Lake in WA. Walls of windows showcase sparkling water, spectacular sunsets & towering trees. Great room opens to 900+ sf. deck to make the most of this private waterfront estate year-round. Primary suite loft with built-in desk, soaking tub, French doors & jaw-dropping views. Lower level features separate entrance, lakefront deck, oversized laundry, kitchenette/wet bar & cedar sauna! Brand new hot tub as well.
Enjoy our boat-accessible dock and activities shed stocked with water equipment and lawn games! You can sleep peacefully at night with our remote controlled blinds, and wake up in the morning to a gorgeous view of Clear Lake. In our hometown of Eatonville, you can find buzzing restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Take a guided nature tour at the Northwest Trek Wildlife Park, or bring the whole family on a pedal-powered bike rail excursion at RailCycle Mt. Rainier. There is never a dull moment at The Lake House!

Our gorgeous property on Clear Lake feels like a private getaway. We chose this neighborhood for its luxurious, secluded feeling, and of course the spectacular views. We want guests to wake up every morning with Clear Lake being the first thing they see. You'll be able to enjoy a coffee on the deck or patio and watching the water deciding which lakeside activities the day has in store for you. Guests can have a cookout using the grill or roast marshmallows over the fire pit. Looking up at night will open your eyes to a sky full of stars. You can have an entire vacation on our property without even leaving.
If you're looking to venture out, the town of Eatonville has so much to offer from food to fun. Mill Haus Cider Co. will provide the entire family with fun including craft cider, brews, food, and lawn games galore. For a guided wildlife tour, head over to the Northwest Trek Wildlife Park. If you're looking to go a bit further out, we offer a great home-base for heading out to the Mt. Rainier National Park. There, you can find 260+ miles of trails and stunning views!

The Lake House offers something for everyone! Guests can choose to sit out on our second story deck or enjoy a fire on the patio next to the water. Upon arrival, you will walk into our great room to see the floor to ceiling bay windows overlooking Clear Lake. With the remote located on the wall, you can control the shades to these windows. The main bedroom features French doors that open to the gorgeous lake view, as well as a soaker tub. After a long day of activities, you can choose to relax in our cedar sauna or jetted hot tub outside. Our home can sleep up to 8 people, making it perfect for a family or friend getaway. We have two dining areas, one on the main floor, and one downstairs.
