- NO smoking inside the cabin. Do NOT throw cigarette butts on the ground or in the water. We have provided a butt can on the porch for your use, please utilize it

- NOTE: Please be advised that the main house sleeps 4 people in 2 queen beds, but there is a separate bunkhouse that sleeps 4 people in 2 twin bunk beds
- NOTE: Bedroom 3 and the 3rd bathroom are in the separate bunkhouse, which is detached from the main property. It does not have air conditioning; only the main house has air conditioning. The separate bunkhouse is best suited for young adults and/or children
- NOTE: The property may not be suitable for young children due to the yard not being fenced from the lake. Adult supervision is advised
- NOTE: The water levels for boating are ideal between Memorial Day through Labor Day. Outside of these dates, the water level may be too low for boating. Additionally, the dock is sometimes unavailable due to rising and falling water levels since it is on a dam
- NOTE: There is a possibility of getting stuck at the bottom of the driveway in case of ice or snow without a four-wheel drive vehicle. Please use the parking spaces in the top parking lot in icy or snowy conditions
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the front porch facing the entryway. Camera 2 is on the back porch facing the entryway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras view video and sound when activated by motion, but are not actively recording
