The Space:
Slopeside Shanty is all yours during your stay, please make yourself comfortable! Enjoy crisp mornings with a stroll around the property, you can find some great vistas in multiple directions! Condo has 1 bedroom with queen bed. Kitchen has coffee and tea, mini-refrigerator, microwave, efficiency oven and stove top, toaster; dishes and silverware provided. This home is located on the ground floor for ease of access- just a couple of steps up from the lower free parking lot (upper lot requires 1 flight).Think of this shanty as a hotel room, the perfect size!

Downtown is an easy 8 minutes, Ski Mountain is 4 minutes. Free bus stops within 9 minute walk of the property. The Guest Guide has more details for your stay!

Guest Access:
Full use of condo, door code provided upon booking confirmation. Coin laundry room is on ground level, you are welcome to use. Parking is free and available on side and back of building.

The Neighborhood:
The Shanty sits directly on the mountainside and located close to the ski mountain, and a comfortable hub for other mountain adventures. I love this little condo because it is so close to everything, yet in a quiet residential setting. Steamboat has endless year-round activities and places to explore!

Getting Around:
Free Bus stops just off property - Green Line.
Parking in back or side of building- Free.
Bikes are always a great way to explore a new town, too!

Dumpster has bear bar and latch, please re-latch after use.
