The free shuttle stop is only 2 mins away, perfect for trips downtown or to grocery stores. Enjoy slope views from your private balcony in this secluded end-unit. ****Note: No parking available at our community****

The Space:
The space is all yours during your stay, please make yourself at home! Enjoy your mountain views from the balcony or relax by the gas fireplace, this chalet style condo has beautiful vaulted ceilings and the over-sized windows to ensure a memorable Steamboat adventure! With all of the bars, shops and activities at the Steamboat Resort, you will enjoy the easy access within a 5 minute walk.

There is on-site ski and bike storage for your equipment.

A ski locker and bike storage are both available in the building entryway.

Hot tub, fitness and sauna on site. ***Please note that the amenities are managed by the HOA and are completely outside of the owner's control.*** The sauna is currently down until October 1

The hot tub and sauna are not available from the close of ski season (typically mid-April) until after Memorial Day.

There is a potential for noise from a nearby construction project.

This property offers all organic towels and bed linens, hypoallergenic pillows and bedding, and sustainable, low plastic soap products from Public Goods.

****While our community does not offer on-site parking, we've secured access to a nearby parking solution to enhance your experience. Starting May 1st through November 10th, guests can take advantage of using Steamboat Ski Resort's parking garage, located just an 8-minute walk from our condo. This facility is available at a special rate of $8 per day, with the flexibility to purchase anywhere from 1 to 30 consecutive days of parking. Please note that this is an alternative to the previously unavailable parking options, aimed at making your stay as smooth and hassle-free as possible

The Neighborhood:
Right at the base of the Steamboat Springs ski mountain, and approximately a 7 minute drive to Downtown, you will find the best of all adventures Steamboat has to offer!

Getting Around:
Steamboat's free bus system, which is a less than 5 minute walk from this condo, winter line stop #102. This system can get you anywhere in and around Steamboat.

Uber and Lyft are available and there are shuttles directly to Strawberry Park Hot Springs.
