Our coastal retreat is the perfect vacation home for a family with children and offers competitive monthly rates for those snowbirds wishing to migrate to a warmer climate during the winter.

Enjoy the sunshine and cool ocean breezes in the huge private patio. The outdoor dining area is surrounded by colorful garden and offers a raised deck, umbrella, picnic table and grill. The Juliette style balcony at the entry is the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine.

The condo is a charming, UPSCALE, professionally remodeled 1,100 s.f. condominium home. It’s a 2 bed / 2 bath flat on the second story of a two story quadraplex located on the west, or ocean, side of Pacific Coast Highway in San Clemente.

The private home sleeps 6 comfortably. The Master Bedroom offers a California King bed and the second bedroom is furnished with a twin bed and a twin daybed with a trundle. The Master bedroom has a 3 piece en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bathroom is also a 3 piece with combination tub / shower – both are completely remodeled.

The kitchen offers granite countertops and new appliances. The fully stocked kitchen is well-equipped for preparing home-cooked meals.

There is a gas fireplace and wall mounted, flat screen TV in the family room, and high speed wireless internet. The dining area seats 4 to 6 comfortably. There isn’t central air conditioning but there is a wall a/c unit in the family room with ceiling fans throughout to keep you quite comfortable during your stay. This vacation home also offers a shared, full size washer & dryer.
