This furnished home is available for rent on a monthly- basis. This listing is available for rent for a minimum of 30 days. There is no penalty for an early departure, however, no refunds will be given.

Bozeman is known as “the most livable place” for good reason. Enjoy world-renowned fly fishing, and stunning mountains for hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing, hunting, and backcountry exploring. Yellowstone National Park and abundant wildlife are also nearby. Don’t miss out on Bozeman’s city experience - explore the vibrant arts and culture scene with main street festivals, farmers markets, cultural centers, museums, symphonies, theaters, and art galleries.



It’s less than a mile to Gallatin Valley Mall and Whole Foods and 2.7 miles to downtown Bozeman. Find cute coffee shops, great dining options, bars, cool boutiques, and much more in the vibrant downtown! The home is also 10 miles to the airport, 20 miles to Bridger Bowl, 47 miles to Big Sky Resort, and 90 miles to Yellowstone National Park.





Getting around

There is a garage and driveway at the home for parking.



Getting around is easiest by vehicle. While we do have Uber and Lyft, plus a free local bus service, you`ll likely want to get into the country to experience all of Montana`s beauty.



We understand plans can change, so here’s a quick rundown of our cancellation policy:

- Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

- 50% Refund: Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in.

- No Refund: Cancel fewer than 7 days before check-in.

- Special Case: Full refund within 48 hours of booking if canceled at least 14 days before check-in.

Note: A 4% processing fee applies to all cancellations (excluding Airbnb bookings).
