The house was great. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Very large yard and rec room basement would be great for a family. We didn't do any cooking but found everything we needed in the kitchen.

Great House

The Hemlock was perfect for our family. We were visiting Spring Green for a family wedding and enjoyed all the clean space and fully equipped kitchen. We also had fun riding the electric bikes. Will definitely stay here on our next visit!

Perfect place for us to gather and reconnect. Spacious! The beds and lounging furniture were extremely comfortable! The kitchen had all that we needed. Owners were responsive and thought of everything!

Crafty Friends

Cleanliness and spacious living room made this a great gathering space for friends. Furniture and beds very comfortable. Important to note that while very comfortable, due to height of beds, those with mobility issues may have problems. Some type of platform to assist may help. Would recommend and definitely would stay again.

Very Comfortable

A great place to stay. Very comfortable, and there was room for everyone. The only complaint is sound travels; early morning conversations could be heard in the bedrooms. It is not much of a complaint, and we will definitely stay here again if it is available the next time we are in the area.

Clean with fantastic amenities

This house had everything we needed for a relaxing week away. Everything was clean and in working order. The host was very communicative. Great little touches, like having pizza and beverages available for purchase on site. Instructions for the hot tub posted and easy to understand. We had a fantastic stay and would use again if in the area!

Excellent Experience

Very clean and well maintained. Totally enjoyed the hot tube. The kids loved the swings in the back yard. Perfect location to great meat market and local grocery store. Had some good conversations with neighbors. A must place to stay, and do not forget to visit House on the Rock that is only a short drive away. I will highly recommend.

Nice Place in Spring Green

We had a very nice stay at The Hemlock. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us (4 adults, 5 kids) to hang out, eat, sleep, play board games, have your own space, etc. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub. There is a park nearby, and we were a short drive from Gov Dodge State Park and House on the Rock. Andrew was always fast with a response if we had any questions, and the house was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Spring Green.

Girls trip

The house was very nice. Had an issue with hot tub and quick response. Also we locked ourselves out but it took a couple of hours for response. The bunk beds are not great for adults. There needs to be more space between top and bottom bunk. Met some local residents in a bar and everyone was welcoming and friendly.

Perfect Gathering Spot

A group of us were coming to the area to run a trail race at Governor Dodge State Park. Not many VRBO‘s will let you reserve for just one night, so we greatly appreciated this option, as it was Easter weekend and people needed to get home to their families by Sunday.The house was modern, clean and well appointed. It sleeps 12 and there were seven of us. Tons of room. The basement is cute as heck with its old time TV, rotary phone and foosball table. The bedrooms were comfortable and I appreciated having ceiling fans over overhead.Anything you might want can be bought at the house with a QR code – use of a golf cart, E bikes, snacks, beverages, etc. I wish we had more than just one night to enjoy the Hemlock.I highly recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat. Oh! My friend’s really appreciated the coffee and the cookies that were awaiting us on arrival

I am a country boy for life but this is right on the edge of town with awesome neighbors and scenic town roads. Not to mention the huge park across the street for Softball, Volleyball and Skateboarding. A golf green is also located across the road. I have A Golf cart ready for use if you like.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

From the modern/rustic vibe on the interior of this house to the spacious fenced in backyard and the park across the street, I am sure everyone in your party can find something interesting to do, However if not, You could have them go chill in the New hot tub on the patio out back. Just a thought!
