This luxurious ocean front home occupies the entire second floor of this oceanfront building. It has a private ocean front balcony with BBQ and dining. This home offers 2 full master suites with 2 queen beds in each, 3rd bedroom has two full/twin bunks living room has a sofa sleeper.

The second master suite has its own private balcony patio area that provides beautiful ocean views. The spacious living and dining room areas provide plenty of comfortable space.
The home offers a two car tandem garage space. Washer/Dryer!

Tandem garage (≈36’ L × 7’6” W × 6’3” H) — suitable for two small/medium cars parked one behind the other; SUVs/trucks may not fit. San Diego Sunset does not guarantee your vehicle will be able to fit in the parking space provided, nor are we able to provide additional parking if the assigned parking is too small.

This property requires that renters be 26 years of age or older. Please call our office before making a reservation that breaks this policy.

The location is great. The accommodations were less so. One of the back bedrooms with the 2 queens had 2 of the 3 windows stuck open from rust. They would not close even though they were newer vinyl windows. We could hear car traffic and people early in the morning, and the room was noticeably colder. We did not discover the cause until day 4.The heat also did not work. Since we stayed over Thanksgiving, we did not hear from management about sending someone to fix it until Friday afternoon. We were out playing and did not see the message until later that day. At that point we decided to punt since we were leaving Sunday morning.The unit is worn. The location is great. If location is your priority and you can overlook the issues, it may still work for you.

Wonderful views of the beach, water, and sunsets. Very spacious unit with very comfortable beds and great hot showers. A little bit dated and we could not get the fireplace to work.

The view and location was awesome! The cleanliness and amount of things that didn’t work left a lot to be desired. They don’t tell you much about check-in until a few hours before your check in time.

Fun at the beach

the location was great with a rec trail right outside the door. We had beautiful sunsets and great people watching on the rec trail. The home was well equipped with all we needed acept the home slept 16 and had just 8 dishes. The main shower had a broken shower head but the rain shower worked. There was a broken door knob on one of the bedroom doors and we didn't have enough toilet paper for a week and 8 people. The listing said there were 3 bunkbeds and there were only 2, it wasn't a problem for us but it might be for someone else that expected that.

Perfect location

The location can't be beat. We were right off the board walk which is within walking to the beach, the ocean, restaurants and the amusement park. The management company was very helpful when we had some issues with the property. Most things that weren't working got fixed immediately. They also let us use as many beach chairs and towels as we wanted. For the most part the property was clean, although the window screens were full of dust. But everything else seemed clean. There were plenty of towels, blankets, dishes and cooking necessities. There were blow dryers in every bathroom. I would give this a five if they had gotten the heater working. The hot water heater went out and had to be replaced but they did that same day so it wasn't an issue. The heater quit working on day 2 and never got fixed. So we had to rely on the fireplace which doesn't heat the whole house too well. With all that said I would recommend this property. We had a great time and there was room for everyone.
