☆☆ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ☆☆
Our comfortable two story lake house features three bedrooms, each designed to provide a restful and productive stay. One master bedroom suite upstairs with breathtaking lake views, full couch and seating area, a work station, a king bed, large closet and an ensuite bath.

The first floor includes two bedrooms, both with plenty of natural light. One has a full bed and a twin bed the other has a bunk bed with a full bed and a single bed above. The first floor bedrooms share the full bathroom with tub and shower.

The open-concept layout of the common areas makes it easy to feel like part of the action no matter where you are. The kitchen on the first floor is outfitted with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave all taking in natural light from the large windows overlooking the lake.

The kitchen has a coffee machine and electric kettle for your coffee and tea needs. Whether you`re enjoying a family dinner or a casual meal with friends, the indoor dining table that seats six (6) plus two (2) at the kitchen island while taking in the beauty of the lake. If you prefer to dine al fresco, step through the rear door directly onto the 1st floor deck where you`ll find a table for 6 plus lounge seating for 6.

The living room on the 1st floor is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the Poconos. Cozy up by the gas fireplace and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV, or enjoy a break from screen time with a good book.

Escape to the beauty of the Pocono Mountains and experience the ultimate in outdoor living with private lake access. The backyard has plenty of space for the family to relax and play games. The play set includes swings, a slide and a mini climbing wall. The backyard is also fenced in along with the gated deck so bring your furry family members. The gated deck features a dining table for six (6), lounge seating for 6 and a porch swing for 2, all overlooking the lake. Steps down to the gas grill for summer grilling needs for family and friends. Down by the water you’ll find more seating around a wood fire pit. Spend time out on the water with two kayaks to enjoy the lake.

This beautiful lake house is in a great location just a short drive to nearby attractions, including Kalahari Resort, Jack Frost, Camelback, Big Boulder, Mount Airy Casino, Split Rock golf course, and more!

HOA Amenities- This house provides guests with access to the wonderful amenities of Indian Mountain Lake HOA. Enjoy sand beaches, playgrounds, outdoor pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, sand volleyball, fishing, and a clubhouse with table shuffleboard.

Cars are highly recommended for getting around the Poconos. Taxis/Ubers are available, but not prevalent.

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It`s super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and options of a simple security hold of $1,000 (which is not a security deposit) or no-refundable $45 damage waiver fee to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout! No loud music after 10pm or before 8am as we are courteous to our Neighbors. If noise gets above 80 decibels, you will be asked to keep the noise at a level that won`t affect the neighbors.

No events, parties, or large gatherings
Parking is limited to the driveway only, with a maximum of 4 cars.
Self-check in with a smart lock. Code to be issued by hosts the day of check-in once cleaners are finished.
Absolutely no smoking or drugs of any kind. If cigarette butts are left around the property an additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged and sent to our cleaners.
Absolutely no fireworks! Guests will be fined $500 for any fireworks. If the owner is fined for fireworks guests will be billed accordingly for the fines incurred for fireworks and noise.
Absolutely NO confetti or glitter. Using confetti or glitter will result in additional cleaning fees.
No taping items to the walls or ceilings.
Host provides propane tanks for the BBQ grill and gas fire pit. Guest’s are responsible to refill the propane tanks if required. Refills are available at the nearby gas stations, Tractor Supply Co, Rite Aid, Lowe`s or Walmart. Please ensure propane valves are turned off after use of the grill. Host will reimburse for the refilling of propane tanks, just send us a photo of the receipt.
Host provides a wood burning fire pit. Guests are responsible for firewood.
Please pick up any trash outside the home from your stay
Do not take any indoor furniture outside
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. No feminine products, napkins, rags, etc. should be flushed at any time. Please no food down the sink drain.
Boats are provided for guests to rent and enjoy. The homeowner and the business are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur from use of the boats and lake or pool use.
Fishing
1) The use of the lakes for fishing and boating is subject to the fish and boat codes and regulations of the PA Fish and Boat Commission. PA Code, chapter 63. General Fishing Regulations.
2) Fishing in the lakes within the HOA is only permitted by Association Member, Family Members, Tenants and Guests.
Homeowner and the business are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises, this includes children, pets, and while using the amenities on the property. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
By accepting this reservation, I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the homeowner and the business from any claims, or lawsuits that may arise from the use of the premise.
Bunk Beds: One room provides a bunk bed. By booking the property guests agree to: 1) The use of the bunk bed is at the guests own risk, 2) The property owner or property manager assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from the use of the bunk bed and ladder
