The master bedroom, fitted with a king-size bed and private bathroom, is on the second floor. The loft on this level has a full-size sleeper sofa for extra guests. The second bedroom, located across from the master, features two queen bunk beds and a hallway bathroom. The first level hosts the third bedroom with a queen-size bed and an adjacent full bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with seating for 10 guests, provide all the comforts of home.

The loft area, with an HDTV and Apple TV system, allows full access to your favorite streaming services. (Log into your own streaming service required. Disney+ included)

The Bar room, filled with natural light, is perfect for enjoying your favorite cocktail and great company.

Situated in Towamensing Trails, a private community, guests enjoy access to additional amenities: a well-stocked lake, sandy beachfront, swimming pool, volleyball, playground, clubhouse, tennis court, golf course, and hiking trails. Wristbands granting access are provided upon check-in. Seasonal amenities, with the pool closing on Labor Day!

Please be aware that the community has a NO OPEN FIRE policy. As a result, there is no fire pit available at the property.

** Hours of Operation for the Lake/Pool:
The community office manages the scheduling of amenities such as the beach, pool, and others. Please note that last-minute changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or operational needs.

Upon arrival, guests will check in with a keycode. Echoing Pines is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home! As your friendly local hosts, we are area natives, so please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the beautiful town! There is a large parking area for all guests. Please do not park on the street.

We look forward to welcoming you to Echoing Pines! We will be accessible for our guests via phone, text, or the AirBNB app. We give our guests space but are available for every inquiry. As local residents, we are happy to assist you in exploring the area, and giving you tips for the best places to visit, shop, or eat!

A quiet neighborhood with short term/long term rentals. Please be mindful of noise and quiet hours. The house is situated between two wooded lots on each side providing additional privacy.

- You must be 25 years and older to book.

- Required: short-term rental agreement and community registration form must be signed.

-Included four complimentary parking spaces; additional cars will be charged $5.00 per car.

-Wristbands provided (8 per group); grants access to all community amenities; children 5 and under exempt from having to wear wristbands.

- Community tags will provide access to community trash centers and all access to the facilities. Lots of hiking, fishing, hunting, and area/community activities

-Pets permitted with prior approval; $150 per pet (max 2); guests responsible for cleanup of pets and wildlife awareness. A $350 fine will result in not cleaning up after your pet.

-There are 3 cameras located on the property. The cameras are located by front door( ring door bell), left side of the house facing the driveway, and garage facing camera.

- We have a no open fire policy in the community.
