Upper Level
Take in breathtaking views from three of the bedrooms, each outfitted with ceiling fans. The bedroom setup includes a King, Queen, and two Single beds, creating versatile sleeping arrangements. Relax in the spacious living room with a 55-inch HDTV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, and Blu-ray DVD player, or enjoy meals at the dining table that seats six. The master suite offers a King bed, cable TV, deck access, and an en-suite bathroom with a ceramic tile floor and laundry chute. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, a refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, an expandable dining table, and even a pull-down ironing board and card/puzzle table. Central air and heating keep the home comfortable year-round.

Lower Level
The lower level has a separate exterior entrance and offers porcelain tile floors, a washer/dryer, a second refrigerator, and a microwave. Relax in the cozy sitting area with a table for four, a 50-inch flat-screen smart TV, and a Queen sleeper sofa. This level also includes a bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bath, providing extra comfort and privacy.

Additional Details
Linens are provided, including bedding, bath towels, and kitchen towels. Starting in 2025, all beds will be made upon arrival for added convenience. The rental period is typically Saturday to Saturday, with flexible stays available. Please note, this is a pet-free property.
