Our luxury apartment offers you a paradisiacal stay.
On the sixth floor with a terrace, you will enjoy wonderful sunrises over the city and the lagoon.
With an incredible view from each bedroom to a magnificent crystal clear lagoon, the largest you will see in Cancun.
You can kayak, swim or just relax on a lounge chair.

The space
The apartment is new, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, ideal for families, couples or groups of friends, with an incredible view from each bedroom to a magnificent crystalline lagoon, the largest you will see in Cancun.
✽ Three Bedrooms: With memory foam mattresses, A/C, Ceiling fans, and closet.
✽ The main bedroom with a king-size bed, plus two secondary rooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double bed.
✽ Living room.
✽ Integral kitchen: Stove with oven,
✽ Two small terraces, one in the living room and the other in the secondary room.
✽ Two bathrooms, one in the main bedroom and the other next to the secondary bedroom.
✽ 1km diameter pool + 7 additional pools around the lagoon.
✽ Palapas and lounge chairs in common areas.

The health and safety of our guests is our number one priority.
We follow enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights:
● We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
● We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
● We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
● We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
The apartment is on the sixth floor (6th)
You can live a vacation like a true local. You will enter the real city of Cancun, we are located in the southern area (Polígono Sur).

Guest access
Only guests will enjoy the apartment.
The 1.8-hectare lagoon and the 7 pools are shared with owners and other travelers, you will have to respect the rules of the condominium.
You can practice any non-motorized water sport.
And if you like to exercise, there is a track around the lagoon, where you can run and an outdoor gym.
To access the Lagoon we will share a card, and a bracelet for each guest that you will have to carry every time they go swimming, the card must be returned at the end of their stay.
On Mondays the Lagoon is cleaned so its use is not allowed, however you can continue to enjoy the 7 pools around it.
We can share a safe contact for car rental at super affordable prices and recommend tours with exclusive discounts.
Other things to note
The condominium has a security booth where they will ask for your identification to access.
You must share your official identification and that of your companions in advance to inform the administration of the condominium of your stay.
The Department is on the sixth floor (6th) and although there is an elevator, you should consider it.
The condominium does not provide a Lifeguard service, so you must take all precautionary and care measures, as well as respect the rules of the common areas.
Water in Mexico is not drinkable, so we recommend that our guests not cook or drink tap water.
Air conditioning is an included service but we try to be green. Turn it off when you are not in the apartment and do not use it with the doors and windows open, as it may break.
During your stay remember to be clean, throw the garbage in the indicated deposits, take it out, and do not leave food that could attract animals.
Remember that you rent an Airbnb and our rates do not include daily cleaning service or change of towels (basic amenities are offered for your first night), if you have special requests do not hesitate to ask, we will always be willing to make your stay more pleasant.
In stays of more than a week, our cleaning staff can assist you to keep the place clean and tidy, it is requested in advance and with an additional charge per day.
