Wake up and enjoy every sunrise from your bed, looking a blue Caribbean ocean! Have a coffee, morning beach walk, relax under a Palapa, and swim either at the ocean or at the pool! Come and feel it by yourself! 

Welcome to Marlin Villas!  2 Bedroom condo full equipped.
Cozy and spacious front ocean view terrace and refreshing sea breeze. 2 bedrooms, very well distributed space for living and dining rooms, full kitchen with oven. Two full bathrooms. Furniture in excellent condition.
Large and sandy beach where you can run or jogging! Walking distance from the best shopping malls.   
Property is located between the ocean and lagoon. 
Supermarket and convenience stores walking distance.
Across the street you will find Kukulcan & 10 min walking La Isla Shopping malls. They have an area for Luxury brands like Hermes, YSL, Louis Vuitton, Carolina Herrera among others. Along Kukulcan Boulevard you will find Restaurants right by the lagoon to enjoy a special dinner. Driving downtown it is Puerto Cancun, a mall for a nice afternoon for movies, shopping and restaurants.
Transportation is very easy, bus & Taxis run 24 hours along the Hotel Zone Boulevard, every 10-15 minutes (only one-way lane, each side). They will take you through the hotel zone in the downtown Cancun.
City.
You can also walk to the different destinations due to its proximity. In case you may need it, we can help you to rent a car.
Villas Marlin has 1 parking space with security access 24 hours.

The views from this property are magical and the beach access was unbeatable. The beds were super comfortable, and the check in process was so easy. This was just what we needed for our stay in Cancun!

Quickly responsive to any issue with the room. Nothing fancy, a little sparse, but has all necessary amenities and kitchen supplies. Great location, nice beach area.

Above expectation for location, complexe and communication

Villa Marlin is a great complex. The pools are clean, the property is well maintained for its age. The unit was not renovated and needs a bit of care, but it was clean and the view is absolutely amazing. 180 degrees of non-obstructed beach and ocean view. The owner is easy to communicate with and is very accommodating. The only complaint we have is the hardeness of the beds in the second room. My kids (young adults) found them a bit uncomfortable. Our stay was short but overall great!

This place needs some work. AC is loud. Fridge makes notice. AC water leaked at the entrance of the condo. Furniture is old. Curtains needs to be replaced. Kitchen is not ergonomic. No dishwasher. Laundry machine is right in the kitchen.

Nice Ocean View

Nice large bedrooms and big Ocean View patio. The full kitchen was nice the location was good for me, quiet neighborhood. All around it was a good stay! Only problem was the elevator was broke but we kind of like the stairs anyway. LOL I wish it was easy to get a hold of on the phone. Took care of all our needs!

Gorgeous beach

Gorgeous beach , wonderful pools, felt very safe. However the place is in need of some repairs ceiling issues with mold, 2 days no elevator and it’s on the fifth floor, Master shower very little water pressure, shower handle would not stay on, ants, no English on tv even though they tried to get it to work. Pictures make it look beautiful. Nice balcony but no furniture.
