As soon as you enter the large air-conditioned living room, you will be charmed by the serene and peaceful atmosphere throughout the house, furnished with comfy sofas, a large library, well-equipped office spaces and maps recalling the explorers’ records. For meals preparation, you may choose either the spacious well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar located near the living room, or the outdoor kitchen on the terrace, which is perfect for cooking fresh food or cocktails. The dining room is on the covered terrace, facing the outstanding view over the ocean you’ll marvel at.

On the lower level, there is a second terrace with a beautiful swimming pool perfect for swimming and relaxing in a lovely setting of palm trees and colorful flowers. Deck chairs and tables are set up around the pool for delightful moments of rest and sunbathing sessions under Saint Barths sun. Upstairs, the large terrace opens onto the living room and provides a very private space featuring a comfortable outdoor living room furnished with sofas and cushions, as well as tables and chairs.

Ideal for a family or group of friends, the vacation house LUZ consists of four beautiful, tastefully decorated air-conditioned bedrooms. All have king size beds and en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom is on the main level and adjoins the living room. Two others are on the lower level and open onto the terrace and the pool. The fourth bedroom is in a separate bungalow located slightly lower for maximum privacy.
