The house was beautiful and very clean! We loved the pool and hot tub. The bikes came in very handy for exploring the island as there are many restaurants and shops within walking and definitely biking distance. The beach, pool and outdoor gear was a wonderful feature. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend booking. All was very luxurious.

The house is absolute perfection. It has everything you could need and the location can’t be beat! The house was extremely clean and comfortable! Extra bonus, my two young children loved the bunk beds! There was a wagon, cooler, lots of beach chairs and towels, and even beach toys! If we ever needed to communicate with the host, he was immediate in response and before arrival we were provided with a welcome guide with things to know about the area, restaurant suggestions, and what’s provided in the house! We can’t wait to come back!

What a home! We were a group of 7 ladies ages 30-60. Everything was clean, new and welcoming. We utilized the pool and hot tub every day. Who knew how valuable access to beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon were! We also used three bikes to ride around the area and to grab some local coffees. View of the river on the dock was prime. We did need to Uber/Lyft most everywhere on our agenda but had no issues. The communication was fast, easy and always helpful. This home made our stay and everyone in the group came and left impressed! Thank you for letting us stay!

Great House!!

Really enjoyed this extremely clean, nice and newer place on the island. The pool/patio area was a great place to relax after long days enjoying Marco. Location was fantastic. We were able to walk to the farmers market, park and some restaurants/shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house, great setup for a getaway!

The house was well equipped, well taken care of and a great place to stay for our family of 5. The pool and hot tub was a big hit with the kids, the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The house had just about everything you could ask for in the way of amenities!

Great Place!

This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. We really enjoyed the deep swimming pool and hot tub. The shower is also very nice with great water pressure. The home is lovely. We would stay here again in the future.

Spring break for a family of 6

The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured. They have every amenity you could want in a rental. The kitchen was fully stocked. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. It was a great location as well. The bunk bed room was perfect for our 4 kids! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Took our two daughters and three of their friends to Marco Island for spring break and this property did not disappoint! The house was impeccable, pool and hot tub were great, available bikes and beach items were also wonderful. Highly recommend!

Amazing Marco Experience

We had such a wonderful vacation staying at the "Joy Camp." Everything was as advertised but what put the cherry on top was the great communication with Mike and Sarah. Would highly recommend this house to anyone that is looking for that true Marco vacation where everything is perfect.

Great for Families

House was beautiful and spotless! Super spacious, plenty of room to accommodate large families. Pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the kids, plus outdoor living space was a bonus. Right on the water for fishing and watching the sun rise. Garage had all beach supplies including chairs, umbrella, wagon, and cooler. Also had pool floats, bikes and a grill that were in great condition. We biked to Nautical bowls, Publix, and Dunkin almost every day. Gorgeous home!
