This property was an absolute dream. The owner had thought of every single possible detail. The home is well equipped with everything you need for a successful waterfront beach vacation. We walked to dinner every single night. There were so many cute places within 5 minutes. We cannot wait to rent this property again and return to Marco.

We always know we will have a perfect stay at this property. There is something new they've added each time we arrive! We did the leg work years ago finding the best rental in Marco and we landed with Kathy and Pierre, haven't rented another house since. You will not be disappointed!

We can’t wait to return!

Definitely the best VRBO we’ve stayed at! Very well stocked, VERY clean and you can’t beat the location. We brought our three teenage sons and they fished every morning and night off the spacious dock. The covered dock was great for them on hot days. We were able to walked to the restaurants, putt-putt and beach. One of my favorite parts was coffee, tv and the view from the patio first thing in the morning! The house felt very private from the neighbors. All of the beds were comfortable! Thank you Kathy for the generous welcome basket!! It was nice not needing to run to the grocery store for snacks upon arrival :) We will be back!

We had a wonderful time in Marco! This home was perfect for us! It was just as described but had so much more! Very well stocked and the owners even put an amazing smorgasbord of food and drinks in the fridge!! So accommodating! We’d love to stay again during our next visit! Perfect location as well!

Marco Island Paradise!

We brought our daughter, son-in-law, 2 granddaughters (7 & 10) and grandson (10 months) to this amazing property for a week in February 2025. We couldn’t have wanted or needed anything more than what was already at the house. It is so well appointed!!!! And when I asked about whether there were toys for the kids & baby, Kathy ordered some things for them to have at the house!!!! It is in a perfect location for going to the beach, shops & restaurants! And the pool and hot tub are wonderful!! That was the kids favorite part of their vacation!! Communication with Kathy & Pierre was seamless.. they were very responsive and kind. Look no further than this property for your stay!! We’ll be back!!!!

Amazing

This was a beautiful house that we stayed in for 3 weeks. The heated pool and spa were amazing. The gift baskets were a welcoming surprise and we were wowed by it all. The walk to the beach was just a few blocks away and was in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, great location

We had a great time here. The house is walking distance to so many great spots including the beach, several restaurants and bars, even a putt putt golf course. We will definitely be coming back.

Another 9 days in paradise

Our third stay at this property, and they continue to amaze us with their thoughtfulness. Updated coffee bar and flower selfie wall were lovely! Cant wait until next time :)

Our favorite Marco home

We've rented multiple properties on Marco over the past 5 years, but we've landed with this one as our home away from home. From the second you walk in, the welcome gifts Kathy leaves make you feel like you're on vaca! I love that the house is stocked with everything we need, and we can walk to all our favorite places (including the beach). We rented a boat this time and they allowed us to tie it to their dock, and we found that open water access is very close as well! This was our second time at this property, and we've already reserved our third for this Fall. Thanks again, Kathy!

Fantastically Well Equipped Family Vacation Home

Our family loved our stay at this home, where all the details were taken care of… From the ample beach towels, beach chairs, and beach wagon to the sparkling clean pool and hot tub….to the comfortable beds and updated bathrooms…we were delighted by every aspect of our stay. The short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping made our week in Marco even better. The welcome basket of snacks and beverages was a lovely touch!

A dream!

We have been traveling to Marco for years bopping between staying at hotels and rental houses. We booked this house hoping it would be as wonderful as the listing said and the photos showed. I can now tell you that not only did this property meet our expectations but exceeded them! We travelled with our 3 teenage sons and 7 year old daughter. The house had everything we needed and wanted. The boys loved exploring the island by bike, my daughter loved the sand toys when we walked to the beach. And wow - anything and everything you need for a day at the beach, the house had it! It was like a magical garage that held all the goodies. Kathy was wonderful to work with with super fast responses. I truly felt walking into this house was like walking into our home. It was wonderful. I cannot say enough good things. Thank you, Kathy, we can’t wait to be back!

Amazing Home in Marco Island

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. Home was better than described. It had everything we needed plus more. Plenty of kitchen tools for breakfast & dinner nights in. The pool and hot tub were perfect for all day lounging. The location couldn't be better. Easy short walk to the beach & several amazing Marco restaurants. The house had everything we needed for beach day. The bikes were a great addition, as we were able to ride around the island & see alot of Marco we have not been able to see before. The owner, Kathy, was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We thank her & her family the great accommodations. Amazing home, great location, every amenity you can think of. We look forward to our next time in Marco

Beautiful Home and Outside Pool and Hot Tub!

This is our second year in this beautiful home, and the owners couldn’t be more helpful and attentive! we enjoyed walking to the beach and going to delicious restaurants nearby. We would definitely like to go back and enjoy another week in that home!

Wonderful place

Few rental properties feel like home. This one feels like you are staying at a friends house that is away for the week. Everything is first class with too many extras to mention.

All the touches of home

This was our second stay for an annual fishing trip, and I think we will definitely be back in the future. The location is amazing, a short walk to several of the best restaurants on the island, and to the beach if you’re not carrying an arm load. The hosts were great. They really think of all the little touches that make you feel right at home. There is no “it would have been great if they had a…“ the Pool and spa are perfect, they have TVs everywhere, including on the very relaxing patio, and great views of the water. Thank you, we can’t wait to see you again!

Relaxing Honeymoon

We had an amazing and relaxing stay in this beautiful home in Marco Island. The accommodations are great - comfortable beds & furniture, every appliance & utensil you would need, stocked with soap, coffee filters, sandwich bags, plus much more. The gift basket for our honeymoon was a special touch! We were able to rent a boat for a few days to truly experience the Marco Island life, and the dock worked out great. The outdoor space is very inviting and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub overlooking the canal. You can tell the hosts care about providing a great stay for their guests - even the pool boy was very complimentary of the home owners. What an amazing place to enjoy our honeymoon!

Fabulous Experience

We had a wonderful experience with this property. The description was spot on and they had every “extra” noted available. The walk to the beach was easy and the house was also within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Loved the outdoor pool space and tv sitting area. Can’t wait to rent again!
