Pet Freindly Home in historic Downtown Wilmington with fenced yard

House is located less than a mile to all that downtown has to offer. Recently completed in November of 2023 and located on a very quiet street. Very easy access to all that Wilmington has to offer. A block from a few restaurants and a brewery and about 7 blocks to all of the action in downtown Wilmington. The cargo district is also about 7 blocks away. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with lots of natural light. The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space for entertaining. The living room has a large 75 inch tv and two leather couches, one of which is a queen sleeper sofa. There is also an elliptical work out machine as well as some free weights to get some exercise while you are staying here. The front porch has a rocking chair and table with chairs to enjoy the peaceful views of the area . The backyard is fenced in and has an outdoor couch and table as well. Perfect for those traveling with pets($100). If you are only staying for one night I will reduce the pet fee to $50. The owner has a separate entrance in the backyard to a studio attached to the house which he stays in many times of the year with his golden retriever. The main house space is all for the tenant and is locked off so the owner does not have access to this. There is internet as well as slingTV(cable) and NETFLIX to use. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during your stay. There is a drip coffee maker(and medium blend coffee), a ninja blender for smoothies, and the filtered water from the fridge is great. The Hi-wire brewery, Cugino Forno Pizza, and Bowstring Burgers and Brewyard are great choices to eat or have a beer and they are only a block away on 10th and Princess. Pets 1=$100, 2=$125

Andrew is so nice and accommodating! Our stay was comfortable with all the amenities of home. The closeness to town was the cherry on top. When we come back to Wilmington we hope this property will be available as we will for sure stay here.

Great location - very quiet. House was very clean and towels/linens seemed brand new. Came equipped with everything we needed. Walking distance to a couple breweries, a great coffee shop and ice cream shop. Can walk downtown in about 15mins or super short drive.

Great location, walking distance to the Riverwalk, restaurants, and brewery. Small backyard, but did the trick for our dog. It was quiet and very comfortable. Everything was updated. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay in Wilmington! The house was the perfect location ... walking distance to the historic district/riverfront and all of the shops and restaurants. The place was very clean and well-appointed. Communication was clear and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!BTW: The owner did spend one night in his studio which is attached to the house, but we literally did not hear a peep. My friend who was staying in the bedroom closest to the studio did not even realize he was there.

Rooms were extremely clean, the kitchen was stocked well. He even supplies a water cooler. The refrigerator has water and ice also. The parking is limited but this isn’t the owners fault. The location is great and easy to get around. I only have one suggestion and that is to store extra toilet paper and paper towels in a cabinet somewhere. We were on our last day and didn’t want to bother him with getting more. There was only one thing that was weird and that was the meditation like music we could hear coming from the owners suite yet he wasn’t there. All in all was a great place.

Great house. Very welcoming, clean and comfortable. Doggo friendly. The kitchen was huge and the living room was spacious. Great TV. Loved the house.....nice big screen snd nice big fans to help with the heat. Kitchen is awesome and bedrooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. The house is very centrally located so getting to all the great places is easy. If you want a nice quiet place to stay in Wilmington this is a great one.
