Newly remodeled interior! Centrally-located making everything convenient! The University, coffee, restaurants, breweries, bars, and shopping are close. Only 5.7 miles from the ILM airport, 3.5 miles from historic downtown , and 5 miles from Wrightsville Beach. One block from the river to the sea bike trail that will guide you to downtown or Wrightsville Beach. Long Leaf Park (free splashpad for kids) and Empie Park are very close. Completely fenced yard w/ doggie door accessible if needed.

This house was perfect for our weekend stay in Wilmington while we attended a wedding. We brought our two small dogs who loved exploring the large fenced in yard. We had everything we needed and the location was super convenient to everything.

Centrally located in Wilmington with easy access to downtown and the beaches. Nice modest property with large yard. Also owner has bikes and boogie boards available for use. Great communication from the start and was able to accommodate changes in our travel times.

Loved this place!

Michael (host) treats you like family and makes sure your stay is perfect. House is close to everything, very clean and comfortable, and has a large yard and private driveway. Not staying anywhere else when we visit!

Our host was very responsive to my inquiries and the house is charming. The neighborhood is quiet and the yard is great for walking our 2 dogs. I would stay at the location, again. Our host listens to his renters! Very good quality to have.

Great place!

We had a great stay at the Zen on 42nd. Good location for getting to downtown or the beach. Also well stocked on toiletries! Yard was wonderful.

We were there for orientation. It is a short drive to campus, 6 minutes. The home was clean and well stocked. The property manager was very responsive. I will definitely stay here again.

42nd Bliss

My family an I had a wonderful stay. The house is small but very charming. Michael has done a great job making sure that everything is as should be to make your stay a great experience. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs and they had a great time running around and exploring it. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come down to Wilmington.

Home away from home!

Michael’s place was the perfect place for our family vacation! Check in was super easy. The house had all the amenities we could need. My superhero loving toddler loved the bunk bed room! There were games and toys in there which was so helpful and kept him entertained.The house was clean and smelled amazing, my husband and I commented every time we opened the door “it smells so good in here!”. We will definitely stay here again when we’re back in Wilmington!

Well appointed spacious home in a quiet neighborhood convenient to all of the Wilmington area amenities. Very clean and the host was exceptional. The bunk room was well stocked with fun items for entertaining kids; made us wish ours hadn’t grown! Large fenced in yard was great for the pet and with parking right at the back door made for easy unload/and load. Will be our first choice on any return trips to the area.

Wonderful stay.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I would have liked to stay longer. The quiet neighborhood was nice while drinking coffee on the front porch in the mornings. Dogs had more than enough room to roam—a huge lot to be so close to everything. We didn't walk because of the heat, but it was a very walkable location. There was a nice assortment of basketballs and soccer balls to enjoy both goals. The host was kind and responsive.

Little house big space!

This house on a corner lot with a big yard has a lot of space for your family! Our family of 5 slept, dined and relaxed comfortably. Lots of nice amenities and thoughtful touches made it a wonderful stay. We will be back!

Great place for a fun stay

Exactly what we needed. Quiet little neighborhood not far from the city and the beaches. House was clean and comfortable. Used the bikes a little, but they were mostly in need of maintenance

Exactly as pictured. Quiet neighborhood.Hair from previous guests was on shower wall & we had a couple roach sightings in the kitchen. Gaming system did not permit us to play any video games & the quality of the bicycles were subpar. Overall a decent place to stay, just did not meet the expectations from previous reviews & my own personal cleanliness preferences.
