From golfing at the renowned Wailea golf course, a mere 10 minutes away, to embarking on thrilling adventures from Kihei Boat Landing or Maalaea Harbor, where snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching (seasonal from Dec-Apr), and sunset cruises await, Maui Vista provides easy access to endless island fun.

You pay ZERO resort fees here! During your stay, you'll have access to three refreshing pools, three outdoor showers to rinse off sand after enjoying beach time, six tennis/pickleball courts, and six gas grills. The resort itself spans a spacious 8.8 acres and offers complimentary parking for one car. Parking for a second car is available for a nominal fee, paid directly to the Maui Vista office.

This condo is on the top (4th) floor, giving beautiful ocean views. There is an elevator with luggage trolleys available for easy transfer of your belongings.

We are family friendly! A Graco pack and play (with sheets), high chair, booster chair, step stool, and toddler-friendly dishes, cups, and utensils are available for your little ones.

A starter pack of cleaning supplies, paper products and personal toiletries are provided. Guests are responsible for acquiring additional supplies. To restock, the Maui Vista front office sells dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods, paper towels, and toilet paper in individual quantities, and Foodland/ABC store are less than 1/2 mile away.

ADDITIONAL FEES:
2 Twins into King Conversion - $20, advance request required
7th Guest Fee - $40/night
Mid-Stay Cleaning - $200, required for stays longer than 21 days

OCCUPANCY NOTICE: For optimal comfort, the condo is not recommended for more than 5 adults. The 7th Guest fee is to accomodate larger groups traveling with children.

TROPICAL CLIMATE NOTICE: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment, so it is not uncommon to encounter them. To avoid attracting pests, do not leave food out uncovered and promptly clean up all crumbs.
