The house was in a fantastic location, was very clean. The only minor issue was that the Internet went out the day we arrived, making it a little clunky for the first 24 hours.

We stayed for two nights over St Patrick’s day weekend to visit family and attend the parade. We appreciated the budget friendly stay and utilized the fire pit in the backyard between rainstorms. Great location for getting dinner on the hill and we will return in the future. Thanks for hosting us!

Property was very clean and close to restaurants and places we wanted to visit in St,. Louis. We attended a couple of Cardinal games and we were only 5 minutes from Busch Stadium.

New and convenient
We enjoyed our stay at this perfectly sized house for a family of 3. Very clean and new. Kitchen had the necessities. Close access to highways was a plus as well as Starbucks 3 doors down! Seemed like a pet friendly area. Overall nice place and would book again.

Good stay minus the TV
We really liked this place. The only drawback was no info on how to get on the TV provider. Host did not get back to me when texted several times. Everything else was great.

A Very Quick Flip
The home was flipped in 2022 and the property has not been maintained since; paint peeling, vinyl floor curling, landscaping left to overgrow, and a very poor septic tank smell upon entering. It was fine for 48 hours, but it certainly was not superb.

The location was perfect for us.
Home had 2 very comfortable bedrooms. The living room had one dowdy couch. No chairs. The kitchen had just what we needed and up to date appliances. Neighborhood was safe and easy to walk. The backyard had a fire circle with wood available; however it was under trees somewhat. Not comfortable using it. Some general improvements could enhance the stay such as; replace missing slats in blinds. Toilet seat needed replacing, add a living room chair. Outside front Porch chair cushions need replacing. Location of home was close to all places we intended to be. Easy to get to the Hill restaurants and Irish pubs.

From the time i pulled into the driveway i saw a clear difference in the product and what was advertised. Both the front and back yard was overgrown. There were spiderwebs in the unit. Water pressure was low. I do not know fair market value but i expected better quality decor and furnishings.
