For food enthusiasts and explorers, our location is a dream. You'll find countless locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, and the world-famous DeFazio's Pizzeria, all within walking distance. Enjoy leisurely strolls through the beautiful Washington Park, taking in the fresh air and serene atmosphere. In the summertime, enjoy Saturday mornings at the Troy Waterfront Farmers Market, the largest in the Capital Region.

Business travelers, traveling nurses who may working at Samaritan Hospital, Albany Medical Center or St. Peters Hospital, academics visiting nearby Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) or Russell Sage College all will appreciate the convenience of our location, just minutes away from both institutions.

Great property, super responsive property owner. Great location, just at the edge of downtown. The only odd thing was that it's such an old building that the floors were a little warped in places, and not level. Other than that, great property!

Great location!

My family stayed here to celebrate my son’s wedding in Troy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, felt safe, and was fairly priced. Highly recommend.

Nice little place

Stayed here after a pipe collapsed in my own home, so this was local. Nice little apartment to stay at. Wonderful contact with the owner! I will stay here again if I need somewhere local!

Uncle Sam’s retreat

The floors are NOT flat but you get used to it pretty quickly. Very clean and sunny apartment. It has a decently stocked kitchen and washer/dryer (very handy on a long trip). It’s a great location for us and we would be happy to stay here again.

Perfect place to stay in Troy!

We were in town for my son to participate in a wedding in Troy. The location is very central to restaurants, grocery and shopping. The check-in and entry/exit of the property was very clear and easy. James, the property manager, was incredibly accommodating and available to answer any of our questions or concerns. He really went the extra mile and it was very appreciated.

Easy, Clean, Comfortable

We had a nice stay in this apartment over a long weekend in September. The unit is nicely renovated. It was very clean. The furnishings and furniture were in good shape and were comfortable. Lots of towels, also in good shape. Extra bedding/pillows were provided as well. Check in was a breeze. Checkout was a breeze. Overall the unit is a simple space and our group of five enjoyed our stay.
