Gorgeous penthouse with pool and jacuzzi amenities
This gorgeous penthouse offers a spacious floor plan with high ceilings, wood beams, high-end appliances, granite counters, and great ocean views. It has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, covered wrap-around and it is located on the penthouse floor of the Dunas building of Phase II.
The common areas are very open with lush landscaping, one of the most phenomenal infinity pools in all of Los Cabos, Jacuzzi, a gas BBQ, palapa bar, dining tables, lounge chairs, and a fire-pit. The condo is located approximately 500 feet to a beautiful white sand beach that is very private, quiet and great for relaxing. There is so much to see and do in Los Cabos and more specifically the area known as La Laguna. The perfect location for outdoor adventure, fun, or simply relaxing.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Oceanview.
Guest bedroom #1 has a king size bed and a shared full bathroom. Garden View.
Guest bedroom #2 has two queen size beds and a full bathroom. Garden View.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Max occupancy - 6 people. No kids under 10 allowed.
A minimum of 3 night stay is required.
A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.
A minimum of 11 night stay is required if your dates include both 25th and 31st of December.
