Situado en el centro En el corazón del distrito turístico de San José. El condominio se encuentra a poca distancia de todo lo que un turista pueda desear. .Condo está ubicado en los condominios Laguna Vista, muy bien cuidados, con seguridad las 24 horas.
Disfrutará de la comodidad de la hermosa piscina, estacionamiento, restaurantes y sitios cercanos. Disfrutará de la vista de las puestas de sol y las exuberantes vistas tropicales del famoso estuario de San José desde la terraza del patio.
El condominio completamente remodelado cuenta con gabinetes a medida, carpintería de madera en todo, encimeras de granito, mármol y travertino, pintura y accesorios de diseño y muebles de buen gusto con un toque mexicano. Hay un montón de espacio con el nivel principal que incluye comedor, sala de estar, cocina, baño completo, dormitorio. Mientras que el Grand Master es una suite privada completa con mini refrigerador, sala de estar grande, baño completo, ducha grande, tocador con lavamanos doble, puerta corredera completa Ventanas con hermosa vista al jardín tropical.
Para el entretenimiento, hemos proporcionado dos televisores grandes de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y en la suite privada, que incluyen DVD, TV por cable, internet de alta velocidad con wifi, también un sistema estéreo con entrada para su reproductor de I-pod / MP3.
Para las noches que prefiere cenar, hay una cocina gourmet totalmente equipada, placa de cocina, horno, microondas y lavavajillas.
También hay una parrilla de propano en la cubierta para aquellos momentos en los que desea asar el pescado fresco que pesca. Da unos pasos más a la vuelta de la esquina y encontrarás que Habaneros es un excelente restaurante, también hay tiempo para beber en una pequeña cantina del vecindario con excelentes bocadillos.
Dé un paseo hasta el casco antiguo de San José, donde encontrará muchos restaurantes y bares, además de excelentes galerías de arte. No se pierda la caminata de arte del jueves por la noche con espectáculos y exhibiciones de artistas.
Hay mucho que ver y es posible que deba regresar varias veces para ver todo.

Really cute condo!

We stayed in the condo for IM Los Cabos in 2017, and just loved this property. Very comfortable, easy access to the town, and perfect kitchen :)

Excellent location / comfortable and well equiped

Stay was good but watch out for San Jose del Cabo carnival in mid March as festival noise goes until 4:00 am and is a bit noisy. Live music from nearby bar can also go until 2:00 am. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. Great location. Owner was excellent to deal with.

Quaint condo in perfect location

We shared the 2 bedroom condo with a second couple and it worked perfectly. There is enough space to separated or together when we wanted to be. The location is ideal as it is within walking distance to Old Town and downtown. There a couple of bars with very kind people within walking distance and the Claro Fish restaurant across the street has the best tacos we have ever had. The property is quiet and the pool area was very nice. The condo came with everything we needed.

A Visit to Mi Hermano

I have stayed in Laguna Vista the last 7 years at different times/units to visit my brother and his wife. This was by far the most well equipped and comfortable condo unit we have stayed in. My wife and I were at ease and enjoyed our stay very much. Edward is an owner who cares!! As such we tried to leave our spot as good as we found it. Many many thanks for a wonderful 9 days. Perfect Location!

Beautifully landscaped and centrally located, Laguna Vista was perfect for us. We were within walking distance of restaurants, shops and green areas. Our condo had everything we could want and more, including a comfortable queen size bed, a large screen TV, laundry facilities, a dishwasher and a patio with a great view. Extras like beach chairs and towels were also supplied for those times when we went to the beach. While our condo was very quiet and private there was an active social scene poolside where we met our neighbours and made friends.

We enjoyed a lovely stay here. The property is very walkable to San Jose del Cabo arts district, restaurants, estuary. The condo had everything we needed, and we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas. We found a perfect breakfast spot Teacher's Coffee just down the hill. Evening meals were all an easy walk away. The pool was lovely; we were the only people who used it, and there is a bathroom/shower right outside. This condo is on a hill, so there are steps up and down, but well maintained. We appreciated use of laundry; neighbors were very friendly and everything within reach. Kitchen water purification is greatly appreciated. A nice stay with everything we needed.

Great place close to town

This was a great place to stay just up the hill from a main road that goes into town. We walked through the estuary to downtown as well and this was a lovely way to get there which is about a 15 minute walk. There is a good choice of eateries and shops nearby and easy access to transportation if you did not rent a car. We had some issues with the rental like burnt out porch light, under cabinet light string hanging down onto the counter and a couple other small things but when we called Esther, the property manager representative, she was very attentive and helped us quickly. The only negative thing I can say about the rental is - do not use the dishwasher. The water pressure is not strong enough to wash the dishes properly. It is best to wash dishes by hand. Other than that I would highly recommend this rental.

San Jose Del Cabo!

I recently stayed at at this 2 bed Condo in San Jose. It was towards the end of July, which apparently is a down season for this area. I couldn't have been happier with the place. Because of the time of year it felt like I had the whole complex to myself. It was very peaceful and quiet. The condo was just remodeled, so everything was immaculate and very comfortable. Nice view on the balcony, complete with bbq and outdoor seating. The location is very convenient. There are good restaurants right next door, as well as a short walk to the heart of town, or beachside Hotels. I would go jogging from the condo right into the Estuary and then on to the beach and felt like I had the whole place to myself. Because everything was brand new in the Condo it all looked and worked great. There is a nice pool area as well. The office manager even bargained with a taxi company for me and got a discounted rate back to the airport, which saved me $20. The 2 floor set up also gives some nice privacy between the bedrooms and bathrooms. So I highly recommend this place if it's available.

The Perfect Relaxing Get-away!

I am so happy to have found this gem of a vacation rental in San Jose, Baja. It is so conveniently located from the airport in Cabo...less than 15 minute drive. The location of the condo is excellent as it is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the lovely town, the beautiful estuary and the ocean. So talking walks is fantastic! The choice of great restaurants is another fine feature. So close to everything you need or want. The condo itself is lovely: nicely decorated, very comfortable and includes all the amenities for cooking, dining, relaxing on the deck, good sleeping. The bathrooms are fine and the master suite downstairs is really luxurious!! The grounds are beautiful and the pool area is great for relaxing, swimming, enjoying guests, whatever. I would highly recommend Chris and Zenana's condo to everyone as I know you would enjoy it as much as we did. I cannot wait to go there again, It is number one on my list of vacation rentals and its location in San Jose, Baja. The owners are a lovely young couple who have obviously gone through a lot of trouble to modernize and make their condo a special place. They are also very friendly and helpful. You will find lists of great recommendations in their in house booklet. Go and enjoy!! Lisa

We just returned from 5 nights in San Jose Del Cabo. The condo was very clean, quiet, and well stocked. Our teenage daughters appreciated the wifi and television, although we weren't in the condo too much time due to sight seeing. We had a marvelous family vacation, played a lot of cards, and had a lot of beach time. The master bed was very comfortable as well as the queen bed upstairs. It was nice to have drinkable water from the kitchen cold water tap. We enjoyed the pool in the morning when the sun was shining. The afternoon was quite shaded at the pool and chilly. There is a great restaurant walking distance called Claros where we enjoyed marvelous fish tacos. We swam with the dolphins at the Dolphin Discovery which was wonderful. The only drawback to it was the expense and the overpriced photos at the end. Remember that just about everything is negotiable in Mexico. The condo had everything we needed, even a cooler, beach towels, and snorkel gear to take to the beach. Chris gave us very detailed and easy to follow instructions. The only complaint that I can think of is that the shower downstairs never really got warm and had very limited water pressure. We just showered upstairs... Other than that, it was a fantastic vacation all around. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this condo to our friends and family.

Good location

Pros- convenient for walking into town, the beach and for getting groceries (without a vehicle if you are fit enough to walk 15 or 20 minutes with some hills). Please note that beaches in the immediate area are not swimable however great for walking along. The grounds of the property are well kept and the pool area lovely.. again if you have mobility issues, there are stairs and a hill to get to the pool. The condo itself is extremely well equipped; there is nothing you would reach for that isn’t in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of linens and towels and the washer/dryer on the deck were nice to have and worked well. Owner worked with us when we had to change our booking to add two additional days because of flight arrangements and did offer us a credit when we left two weeks early due to Covid 19. Cons- the complex is one of the older in the area and although this one has been renovated, it could still use a little TLC. If you are a senior, you should know that there are steep steps just inside the entrance that lead “down” to the large bedroom en-suite. That area is as pictured but paint is lifting on several walls, it is musty/damp and there is a strong odour of sewage. This could be in part due to the unseasonably wet fall they experienced but the sewer odour is a persistent problem perhaps because of the sewer infrastructure of San Jose. Also their are very large glass doors down there that do let light in but they lead nowhere so if you were putting guests down there they would have no outdoor space. Also the kitchen cupboards are worn and the dish washer was not usable during our three month stay due to faulty hinge. All in all it is a very good location from which to explore Los Cabos . We have spent the winter in several different areas of Mexico and did enjoy San Jose but overall it is an extremely expensive area that favours doing business in US dollars over pesos and I would say that this condo (in our experience) is overpriced for that reason.

Win Win Win!

The condo was a great size for 2 couples and nicely decorated. We all felt like we were at home. The condo complex and pool were very nice ! We were perfectly situated to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of great restaurants and shopping so close. Everything combined, it made our holiday 10/10!

Excellent location in San Jose del Cabo

The place was great for us and our young kids. We were able to walk from here to a variety of lovely restaurants and shops in town. The suggestions they made for entertainment and food were all spot on. We did rent a car as the swimming beaches and groceries are some distance, but all in all a fanctastic place to stay.

Perfect location

The condo was as described. Well equipped and conveniently located midway between the beach and the town. We were within easy walking distance of our children and grandchildren also! The restaurants just down the steps were marvelous! We did not need to use the lower level but the main level amenities were very good.

Well maintained, clean & secure

Chris and Zenana provided easy to follow directions for this listing from the airport and the condo itself was within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, shops, town, the estuary and the ocean. Laguna Vista is a well maintained property, clean and secure. The other residents/renters in the condo were friendly and very informative. The condo itself is pleasantly decorated, comfortable and includes the basic amenities for cooking, dining, and sleeping. Chris and Zenana were quick to help with any questions or concerns we had and were easily accessible via email, text and phone. We spent time swimming with the dolphins, day tripping, touring local shops and beaches, beaches, beaches! We would recommend this rental condo others and would hope to return to it again in the future. It was a perfect quiet and central location for our first visit to San Jose del Cabo.

Beautiful Condo

Loved the condo and the amenities. When we arrived the condo had not been cleaned, as there was a miscommunication between manager and owner. The 2 scorpions also were a concern. During the stay we did have a water shortage and did not have water for several hours. In spite of this, we still had a wonderful time and are talking about a return visit. The condo is conveniently located near everything, grounds are kept impeccable, and we always felt safe. Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful condo. We will be back!

We had a awesome time the accommodations were far more than we expected very quiet and clean they seem to have everything we could possibly need even a beach bag! The only problem was we only stayed there one week hopefully next year we can stay two.
