The location is safe, street parking is easily available, & the attic is all yours! Coffee shops, restaurants, & parks are all within walking distance. It’s the perfect place to stay during your Milwaukee visit!
The space
This space is a renovated attic. You will climb 2.5 sets of stairs to reach your private unit. The attic is shaped like an A-frame offering high ceilings that do taper off on the sides. The space is an open concept that offers one large space. There is a king bed, couch bed with pillows and blankets stored in the couch, a comfortable chair, a work space, a kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen offers a stove top and cooking utensils as well as dish ware and glassware. The bathroom includes two sinks, a shower, and toilet.
Guest access
The Attic is a private unit for guest access only. Other tenants in the building do not have access. It is a private apartment.
Other things to note
If you leave the windows open you may hear sounds of the city. If you prefer peace & quiet, keep them closed. The unit is well insulated and keeps outside sounds out well.
